@DivyaOYR@ItalianSaints Yes I get what you’re saying but I know sometimes I’m feeling really good and strong and flowing along nicely but if I stuck in my recommended zones I wouldn’t achieve anything, I suppose after 20 years of running, running to feel becomes more natural.
@DivyaOYR@ItalianSaints I understand your reasoning about heartrate training but I’m 58yrs old and have run for long enough to know that if I tried to achieve the zones I would hardly be moving, very complex.

@LookingUpStill@enhanced_games The point to me seems to be that in the enhanced games there are only certain drugs allowed so surely with the prizes on offer there will always be someone willing to take banned substances even at this level, a kind of even higher level cheat if you like.
@MomentumHealthX@brittanybussemd Probably not a specific distance to start with, more important is time on feet , run for 5mins then turn around and run back(10 mins) , rest next day then run 6 mins and back (12 mins) and so on to 60 mins. Boring but gives you a solid base to build from I use this after injury
@carryonkeith I ran today, drove to the local retail park where you can park for 3 hours, bought some energy gels and a drink for after, ran for 80 mins on a loop alongside a river and through a park back to my car. Then believe it or not drove home.Amazing, big news 🤷🏻♂️
