@Avis I am responding to Roman who asked me to reference case #54209. The renter’s name is Jose Candelario and the case # from the CSR team is 75255811. The rental was a Kia Niro which was picked up on 8/10 at weekly rate. It was extended until 8/17 however there was a tire blow out.
