@NicoHealth_@BioavailableNd@BerbarianWizard@Riadhri213 It appears androgenic in men simply because it improves energy signalling + insulin sensitivity and steroidogenesis is very energy dependant. D-chiro is a second insulin messenger so it promotes glucose synthesis and uptake into cells like leydig cells.
The idea that its over after puberty is stupid, bones keep growing forever as long as you give them the resources to and the stimulation they need to grow.
Treat bone growth after puberty like a muscle, if you dont stimulate growth and give it the resources to grow, there wont be any growth.
Vitamin D and IGF-1 (anabolic hormone)
A significant correlation between serum IGF-1 and vitamin D have been found. An increase as much as 31.3ng/ml in IGF-1 where seen after supplementing with 7 000IU vitamin D/day for 12 weeks.
A forward grown lower jaw is crucial in both males and females because it supports airway volume, tongue posture, and bite mechanics while hormones like DHT, testosterone, GH, IGF-1, T3 and Progesterone literally influence craniofacial growth, periosteal apposition and bone remodeling.
Here's how to grow your lower jaw:
- Chewing + Massaging masseters (intraorally)
- Spamming litres of Raw milk
- Fix your thyroid most importantly
T3 and T4 -> T3 conversion
- Myofunctional therapy (Tongue releasing and Tie exercises
- Cylic Thumbpulling combined with Buteykobreathing
- Boost DHT for males
- Boost Progesterone for females
- Raw Fermented Dairy For L. Reuteri and Vitamin K2
Thumbpulling is a intraoral craniofacial manipulation technique where you just insert your thumbs on the upper palate and apply pressure in directionally rhythmic motions to mimic natural mechanical stimuls which will expand your palate and move your maxilla. Realigning your whole skull including:
- Repositioning of the Atlas C-1
- Repositioning of the sphenoid bone and sells turica which articulate the pituitary gland (Repositioning causes it to produce hormones more balanced and significantly raising height boosting hormones) which can make you taller especially if you combine it with Buteykobreathing to induce Bohr effect and CO2 tolerance
Can someone do a blood test before and after baking soda? Might be androgenic.
HCO3 => sAC
sAC => cAMP
cAMP => CYP11A1
CYP11A1 => pregnenolone
Pregnenolone leads to everything else.
Also could be androgenic in so far as androgens work by binding to ligands of AR. But cAMP increases PKA which can cause "ligand-independent activation of the Androgen Receptor (AR). "
So androgenic activity is effectively caused even without the need for androgens.

Interestingly enough K2 also increases PKA in somewhat similar ways, where testosterone significantly decreases in pka knockout.
Anyways these weird multi dimensional toys (chemical kinetics) move and jive in multiple ways beyond just the traditionally talked about ways.
You might be able to 10X your DHT with k2, more sugar, baking soda, some b vitamins, creatine, some intelligence. Very exciting.
When you repeatedly win → The brain starts encoding that history as a biological expectation → I can push forward → i can compete → I can hold position..
Your brain stores win/loss history then uses that memory to bias future competitive behavior
Social rank is learned dominance circuitry.
Winning increases your testosterone, and losing decreases it.
This was shown in a study that tracked testosterone before and after competitive events...
And the interesting part is that the people measured weren't even competing.
The study looked at fans of the World Cup and college basketball, and found a significant rise in testosterone in fans of the winning team and a sharp fall in fans of the losing team.
If simply watching produces that response, the effect is likely far greater in those who actually compete.
This can form a positive feedback loop:
Compete → win → rise in testosterone → higher drive to compete → greater probability of winning again...
Sodium butyrate raises testosterone via the LH/cAMP/PKA pathway in the Leydig cells of the testes.
By activating this pathway, butyrate upregulates the LH receptor, StAR, and CYP11A1 (the rate-limiting enzyme that converts cholesterol into pregnenolone).
Two studies:
1) Hyperuricemia model
Male mice with high uric acid were given 300 mg/kg/day of sodium butyrate for three weeks. It increased serum testosterone, sperm count, and motility, and activated the LH/cAMP/PKA pathway in their Leydig cells.
PMID: 40295597
2) Obesity model
Male mice made obese on a high-fat diet were given butyrate (5% of the diet) for 12 weeks. It increased testicular testosterone and restored sperm count and morphology while improving motility, by normalizing the testicular steroid-biosynthesis pathway.
PMID: 40226081
The combination of supplemental vitamin E and K2 MK4 can have a very favorable effect on hormonal status, shifting away from estrogen and promoting testosterone from multiple angles
Vitamin E is known to oppose some of the negative effects of estrogen, and to break the positive feedback loop between estrogen, PUFA, and aromatase. For this reason, it’s been described as a "progesterone sparing agent”
High dose vitamin E also acts as a prolactin antagonist. Higher prolactin suppresses testosterone by inhibiting the release of GnRH by the hypothalamus, disrupting the HPG axis
Because of its potent antioxidant, anti-nitrosative effects, vitamin E protects the testicles and Leydig cells from oxidative damage
Furthermore, vitamin E counteracts the harmful effects of excess PUFA by inhibiting lipid peroxidation, reducing prostaglandin synthesis, and helping maintain efficient oxidative metabolism
Another important piece is that vitamin E has been shown to reverse liver damage, where the majority of thyroid hormone activation occurs
In combination, these effects help create a much more pro-thyroid/pro-metabolic environment that further complements hormonal status
The rate-limiting steps in testosterone (and other steroid) synthesis are the transport of cholesterol into mitochondria via the steroidogenic acute regulatory (StAR) protein and its conversion to pregnenolone by the CYP11A enzyme
Pregnenolone then upregulates StAR creating a nice feedback loop
These steroidogenic enzymes are highly dependent on the metabolic rate and ATP production
This is where vitamin K2 MK4 comes in
As a quinone, it helps transport electrons through the ETC. This can enhance oxidative metabolism, increase CO2 production, and improve ATP output
But MK4 also directly activates the PKA pathway, which upregulates CYP11A activity and supports StAR function
Meaning MK4 directly increases the activity of the rate-limiting step in testosterone production
K2 has also been shown to have a positive effect on estrogen metabolism by pushing estradiol towards estrone, a weaker estrogen
There is competition between E and K, so it’s important to take them at separate times in the day
I find this combo to be very potent for me, also driven by the fact that I commonly struggle to hit my vitamin E target through food, other than periods where I use red palm oil
To summarize, vitamin E + K2 MK4 = less chud hormones, more chad hormones
Copper peptides powerfully stimulate hair growth in animals - more than leading drug.
GHK-Cu is a small peptide that, when applied topically:
↠ Increases microcirculation to the scalp
↠ Improves glucose metabolism
↠ Boosts proliferation + differentiation of hair follicle cells
↠ Enhances follicle growth factors
while NOT changing androgen levels.
Ginger needs more appreciation.
✲ Reduces nausea (anti-serotonin)
✲ Enhances gut motility (MMC activation - protection from SIBO)
✲ Powerful antioxidant → protects mitochondria from oxidative stress
✲ Suppresses inflammatory cytokines like TNF-α and IL-6
✲ Increases testosterone production
✲ Improves insulin sensitivity
✲ Neuroprotective
Get the most in tea, but can also have candies, chews, or capsules.
• GHK-Cu / AHK-Cu copper peptides (anti-fibrotic, grow new blood vessels at the follicle)
• Topical caffeine (matched 5% minoxidil in Bansal 2012)
• Red light, 650-680nm (more atp at the follicle)
• Microneedling, 1.5mm weekly
• Adenosine 0.75% topical (stimulates growth factors)
• Ketoconazole 2% shampoo, 2-3x/wk (matches 2% minoxidil in studies)
• Methylene blue 0.1-0.3% (mitochondrial electron carrier, since balding follicles run low on ATP)
• Topical T3 (drives follicle mitochondria directly)
• sleep, no aggressive cutting, cut out seed oils, D/K2/Mg, glycine/vitamin C/salt/calcium
• Minoxidil + topical finasteride 0.25%
Chew's 2022 studies found the dermal papilla cells in balding scalp run low ATP, high oxidative stress, and broken complex I/IV.
That's why the mitochondrial levers (red light, methylene blue, topical T3) and the angiogenic ones (GHK-Cu, caffeine, adenosine) work, as they restore fuel and blood flow to a follicle that's suffocating.
Full protocol + doses in The Hair Loss Bible, article linked below.
Topical GHK-Cu on the eyebrows will increase hair quality and hair growth, helping you get rid of thinning outer thirds.
You can make your own at home with DMSO, GHK-Cu powder, BAC water and a dropper bottle.
Little n=1 experiment
Been starting my day with L-reuteri A2 yoghurt, pomegranate/kiwi, cocoa/colostrum/ cinnamon powder
My gut feels really good after it
The myth is true:
Pomegranate is a legendary gut healer
When your bowel movements are purely liquid there are three main culprits:
- An inflamed gut lining pulling water into the bowel which is best remedies with zinc L-carnosine, PEA, Colostrum and S boulardii
- Mast cell sensitivity and histamine issues once again pulling in water, PEA, Nettle tea, Quercetin can be very helpful for some
- Bile related, often bile being deconjugated, improperly formed or a combination of both, Calcium d glucarate, propolis and taurine + glycine + phosphatidylcholine does the trick for most people
Now some tools that most people find great are s boulardii and spore based probiotics, plenty of data showing they can stop purely liquid diarrhea,
But of course do your due dilligence and see how your own body reacts as that is the best data of all.
Vitamin E gets recycled and turned back into its active antioxidant state by vitamin C.
I say this cause it sounds as if you're saying vitamin E is one and done.

Sunlight can deplete skin-vitamin E levels because vitamin E partially acts as a natural sun screen.
UVB photons hit vitamin E in the skin and vitamin E absorbs the energy but gets destroyed as a result, which depletes vitamin E levels in the skin.
UVA damages other aspects of the skin, which is then up to vitamin E to repair or prevent this damage which can also feed into vitamin E depletion.
Topical vitamin E gets rid of this issue.
