The report says of the 53 promises made,
20.8% fully kept, 41.5% compromised (partial/stalled), 37.7% broken outrightly!

You can’t score an incomplete project as delivered.

After 3yrs, 20.8% fulfilled!

He waited 3 years to request a police report on state police. They returned with a 75-page document requiring 5 years to full implement!

However, the figures still prove my point. Total inflow grew 83%, FDI dropped from $214m to $135m and from 3.66% to 1.3%.

Both amount and share fell. The composition problem stands.

So while the headline grew 83%, actual productive investment fell 78% in real terms.
