My detailed Article in Tamizh has come out in this week's Thuglak magazine @ThuglakD on the issue of Temple lands/Inam Lands in Karur District and the sudden action of the TVK Government through the Commissioner of @tnhrcedept. HR&CE Minister Shri @RameshOffcl had justified this action.

Something amazing happened two days ago - Whenever I point out some instance of mismanagement, looting or serious inefficiency in the actions and inactions of the officials in @tnhrcedept - they keep silent - They never respond to any of them - to use an adage - "they keep silent like a Thief stung by a Scorpion"

I posted a tweet on X three days ago stating that the auditors from @tnhrcedept had pointed out that one industrialist had willed property worth Rs. 1000.00 Crores to Sri Dhandayuthapani Swamy Temple, Pazhani and the will was received by the Commissioner on 03.10.2023 who forwards it to the Joint Commissioner, Madurai on 24.01.2004 and subsequently was sent to 30.04.2004 for further action.

The auditors had recorded in the said audit report of the temple for the years 2010 and 2011, that no action was taken for 9 years.

This is exactly what I had mentioned in my tweet and I had requested Hon'ble Minister for @tnhrcedept to cause an investigation into the matter including the veracity of the will.

The next day a press release was issued by Pazhani "Temple Administration" stating that I am spreading "slanderous" (அவதூறு) campaign against the administration and the said press release had "requested public and Muruhan devotees not to believe my post".

Today I have issued an audio rejoinder to this "press release" (P.R.) - I also wish to point out the inconsistencies in the press release:

1. The P.R. failed to mention that I had posted copies of the audit report pages which stated much more than what I had stated in my post.

2. The P. R. failed to mention that the Commissioner who received the will did not take any action on it.

3. The P.R. failed to mention that the temple administration and the @tnhrcedept did NOT investigate why the will was cancelled. Was the cancellation genuine? Did Shri Chandran inform in writing to the temple administration about the cancellation?

4. The P.R. says the will was cancelled. The P.R. also says the will come into force after Shri Chandran's Time. Is this not seriously contradictory?

5. If I have spread slander (அவதூறு) what about the internal auditors of the @tnhrcedept who recorded much more than what I had stated in my Twitter post in the audit report of 2010-2011 regarding this will of Rs. 1000 Crores worth of properties?

6. Will you take appropriate action (தக்க நடவடிக்கை) on the auditors also?

7. What is the status of this audit objection recorded in 2010-2011 audit report? Has it been "RECTIFIED" as per Section 90 of the TN HR&CE Act, 1959? Or have you "dropped" it or "settled" it as you usually do by a fraudulent process called "Joint Sitting"?

8. There are two Press Releases issued by "Temple Administration" on the same date - In one there is picture of 5 persons without naming anyone in the picture. There is another Press Release where one person - the last person on the left hand side - is "removed" - This is intriguing 🙄

The PIL field by Shri Allikuttai Radhakrishan in the matter of 3085 acres of Temple Lands in Karur District -
came today before the Hon'ble Division Bench of the Madras High Court - Madurai Bench -

Their Lordships were pleased to issue notice and ordered a possible final hearing on 11.08.2026.
Government and @tnhrce respondents to file counter affidavits by 29.07.2026.

The Lordships also directed the District Collector to provide the land records of the 3085 acres.

One of the biggest lies told by @tnhrcedept counsels and the persons claiming to be counsels of the respective temples before the Hon'ble Division Bench is that - - before the order releasing no objections to Patta transfers was made - Temples were consulted -

How? The temples have no trustees - The Executive Officers in these temples ARE functioning by SHAMELESS FRAUDS on the TN HR&CE Act. - who represented the temples ? Who can?

We shall expose all these FRAUDS who work against temple interests before the Hon'ble Court.

*** The truth is many of the Officers of the @tnhrcedept especially Executive Officers of temples are completely against the illegal orders passed by the Commissioner and Revenue officials ***

Just as the entire true population of temple worshipping Hindus in Tamil Nadu are shocked by the betrayal by @tnhrcedept - - under @CMOTamilnadu Shri Joseph Vijay’s Government — in the matter of 3084 acres of lands - attached to 4 temples -

I am told fresh proceedings are afoot by TN Government to “release” another 4000+ acres in favour of encroachers again in and around Tiruppur District.

What is quite surprising is the Minister for @tnhrcedept - Shri @RameshOffcl is SILENT all along. Have these moves been made against his wishes or has he been told to keep quiet?

Is it this TVK Government’s policy to strip temples out of their land holdings?

Sri Jayaraman Ganapathi Iyer(68) and his wife Kamakshi (64) are living in Sethanipuram(Pin:610107),near Nachiarkoil-Kumbakonam.
I had been to the small micro interior village and met him a year ago in the temple.
He is working as a priest in the Ganapathy and Sivan Temple in the same small village.
No income.

Wife is anemic. Hence she is weak.

Jayaraman is suffering from Hi BP and Hi salt(hypernatremia).
Monthly Medical expenses are around 6k.

Two donors have given him cows.
Both are pregnant.
Unable to feed the cow. No money.

No Gpay,No UPI id(reason :bank is asking him to maintain minimum balance of 10k which he is unable to: no ATM card for additional charges which he is unable to bear)

He needs minimum 25L to get a sizeable money as Bank FD Interest.

Kindly help the Priest please. My humble request to every one.

This temple is one of the Pancha Ramakshethrams.

Sreenivasan Seshadhri is not able to walk freely.
While he was riding TVS moped,a dog ran across. He fell down. Fractured his left leg below the knee cap. Metal plate has been placed in the leg. You can see the nut. Visible.
The greatness is...he continues to do his Perumal Kaingaryam,despite the leg pain.
