@afneil When voting for a party you are voting for the one whose core values most closely align with yours, you may still not agree with everything they want though. The mps may forget this and believe that there same people want everything they do
@FinkPro_ @afneil But several of the examples you give are owned by the Americans whose wages you are comparing to. And whilst investment in some infrastructure may not be where you want it, the usa has even worse investment in public infrastructure. Meanwhile you'll complain about high taxes
@JunkScience Polar bears were hunted in great numbers until the 70s. Population growth since then is almost entirely due to the strict control of hunting. Today a number of polar bear populations are stable, a few are increasing, and a few are declining.

Other planned sites have fallen through because of, you guessed it rising costs. And planning wouldn't be easier
