NodeBridge Africa is your premier community for connecting with a vibrant ecosystem of blockchain enthusiasts dedicated to advancing ethereum node operation
Still in the spirit of true decentralization, the past few weeks have been incredibly insightful as we’ve delved into Distributed Validator Technology (DVT). Obol launched the University Validator Program, a pilot program designed to equip university students with the knowledge
Ethereum needs more security engineers.
Attackers are scaling faster than defenders, and the pipeline of qualified researchers is too small.
Guild Academy is building that pipeline — 5 cohorts in.
We're in @thedaofund 500 ETH Ethereum Security round on @Giveth, and it uses Quadratic Funding.
That means $1 from 100 donors > $100 from 1 donor. Your small donation unlocks much more from the matching pool.
If our work matters to you, even $1 helps.👇

@superphiz@ola_degen@drjasper_eth@ethereum We have few gnosis node validator running and also some rpc node running in Nigeria . We are also educating and supporting Africans who are ready to venture into it
We're excited to release the beta version of Starknode Kit — our Go-based tool that simplifies running a @Starknet full node. With minimal configuration, developers and node operators can spin up @ethereum execution clients (Geth & Reth) and beacon node clients (Lighthouse & Prysm) alongside a Starknet Juno node.
Kudos to our amazing engineers pushing this forward. We’re just getting started, full validator support is WIP — and community feedback will help shape what comes next!

Gm Web 3 Contributors!
Running @aztecnetwork node with @Nodebridgeafric RPC
One node at a Time!
I just remembered that @Ovlelab have contributed to almost 50+ projects
@0xElvolution time to run it up and BUIDL
@eth_everstake I guess the big questions will be how do we get more high density areas and also onboard new areas. What is an ideal global decentralization, and how do we get there ?
Dokploy or Coolify
😭😭
I tried both and
Spent a whole day trying to deploy
But ended up using Nginx on the server.
We now have our first rpc.
If u need sepolia rpc, just reach out to @Nodebridgeafric with support for other chains coming soon.

For over 2 years+, I’ve been deep in node operation + DevOps — running my own mini datacenter out of Ikorodu Lagos , Nigeria.
Powered by solar energy. Internet via Starlink.
Infra built by me, for me.
Uptime? 98%+
Let me show you the lab:
On Saturday, I attended the Build Afrika event organized by @web3afrika, it was a gathering of great minds and an enthusiastic community who were ready to learn and engage.
I was on a panel with @SomehCrypto@davidpius10@thesarahidahosa and Bami our great host.
The panelists spoke about the growth of Web3 in Africa, the issues and how we are all offering solutions.
I remember adding that we have to start looking at indigenous solutions to our problems and do all we can to document our processes to make it easy to replicate our wins.
Big ups to @olanetsoft and his team. Africa is surely in good hands
1/ $OBOL is now available for Trading & Staking 🚀
After nearly 5 years of building, Obol Distributed Validators now secure $1B+ across Lido, EtherFi, and other leading protocols and institutions in Ethereum.
...and we are just getting started!
David @davidpius10 is a blockchain engineer and educator dedicated to advancing security, decentralization, and developer education across Africa.
He is the founder of @GuildAudits and @Nodebridgeafric, two pioneering initiatives focused on blockchain security and Ethereum node operations.
His work is centered on making the Ethereum network more decentralized by training local node operators, educating African devs about validator setups, and helping projects secure their smart contracts.
David’s mission is straightforward: empower Africans to become critical infrastructure contributors in the Web3 ecosystem, not just users.
Looking forward to hearing from you! 🥳🔥
