After a long pause, we're back. Building tools that help researchers move faster: MedMap for pathway visualization and Jarvis for multi-model AI consensus. Yesterday: designed a peanut allergen nanobody in an hour for 50 cents. More soon.
Prompt: "How does p53 regulate apoptosis?"
MedMap generated this in seconds. Both extrinsic (FAS/FADD/CASP8) and intrinsic (BAX/Cytochrome C/Apoptosome) arms, MDM2 feedback loop, BH3-only protein regulation.

Built by @NodesBio. Supported by Google Summer of Code 2026, @_R_Foundation, @AWSstartups, & @jpmorgan 🙏
🧬 Just shipped `rosetta-bioc`: run DESeq2, edgeR, limma, and clusterProfiler from Python with zero R boilerplate.
Pandas in. Pandas out. One line.
But the real killer feature? 🧵
@JonIsGold This is why we built Jarvis to stream results instead of showing a loading spinner. Your brain literally can't ignore text appearing on screen - but it tunes out a spinner in under a second.
The neuroscience checks out. 🧠
@seekergupta Felt this one. We built our whole company around this exact problem - biology is visual and nonlinear, but we keep trying to explain it in spreadsheets and slides. The translation layer between disciplines is where most projects stall.
@WilliamWallace So the filter is doing more work than the barista. French press and espresso let cafestol through → suppresses CYP7A1 → less cholesterol clearance. Paper filters catch it. Might be the simplest dietary intervention nobody talks about.
@agingdoc1 First the gut microbiome, now the nasal microbiome - two separate routes to neuroinflammation and BBB disruption. Wild that we keep finding new ways bacteria talk to the brain. Wonder how much overlap there is in the microbial species involved.
.@OmicsOmicsBlog from @Ginkgo sent us two papers after our call yesterday. Ran them through Jarvis (multi-model AI consensus). Here is GPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, & Grok breaking it down and finding common ground. @jrkelly congrats on shipping the future!
@keatonminor This is honestly incredible. The static figure game is over. The next frontier is making these interactive - overlay your actual data, click a node to see expression values, trace signal flow. That's where it gets really powerful.
@harijay@kosonocky@KevinKaichuang@avapamini@SarahAlamdari Not yet - still comparing options. Ginkgo Cloud Labs is about to launch SPR protocols (h/t @OmicsOmicsBlog) which could change the math. The $495 quote was from a traditional CRO for BLI + ELISA. Happy to share what we learn - DMs open.
