🇫🇷 EthCC kicked off in Cannes, the core themes being: L2 scaling, restaking, and tradfi is integration with onchain infra.
🌍 Macro uncertainty kept risk appetite in check, while institutional flows showed early signs of stabilizing after recent outflows.
⚛️ On the Cosmos side, the Gaia v27 upgrade signals a shift: less focus on expansion (ICS), more on a leaner and more focused Hub.
