@EricTopol@Nature The gut doesn't live in a lab. It reacts to every meal, every stressor, every night of sleep. That's why @digehealth listens in the clinic and in daily life. Real world validation isn't optional, it's the future of medicine.
@CoachDanGo I have been stuck in that loop until I started using @digehealth.
We see motility flares with caffeine intake with our wearable!

Switzerland is #1 in the @WIPO Global Innovation Index again. Research here becomes products.

Deep tech founders: what matters more early on?
Revenue or data?
If you’re building something the market has never seen before, would you chase customers first, or prove the technology first?
@itsTimWijaya If you’re building deep tech and a tech that could disrupt an industry, the vision only matters if the data supports it.
We’ve always prioritized proving the technology with real data before chasing revenue, and that approach has been working for us.
We’ve been heads down building @DigeHealth, not posting much on X.
Now we’re ready to change that.
For those who’ve successfully built an audience here: what actually helped you get traction?
And beyond X, which channels would you recommend for a health/wearable startup building a consumer brand?
Would love to learn from you.

@CoachDanGo Little trick: cook your potatoes and let them cool overnight. Some of the starch turns resistant, so your gut bacteria eat it instead of you. Same works with rice btw
@hubermanlab@DrAndyGalpin Can’t wait! Congrats! In the next book we will be including continuous measurements of gut activity and how these protocols impact gut health !
