但网友质疑：“这叫补偿，从勒索嫌疑人手里拿出来才叫返还。这一万九哪个部门给的，谁的钱？”

还有网友认为，真正需要解决的并不是再找几个“好心人”给店主捐钱，而是把事情本身说清楚：本来不该赔的钱为什么赔了？此前的调解是否合理？谁该承担责任？

【记者暗访：服务公司用敌敌畏和杀鼠剂给几十家连锁餐厅做消杀？】中国食品安全再曝问题！ 新京报8月24日报道，记者暗访发现，一家为绿茶、先启半步颠、池奈、凤缘家港式茶点、鱼旨寿司等数十家连锁餐饮品牌提供消杀服务的公司，实际使用的药物里，竟然包括敌敌畏和“三无”杀鼠剂。

为了躲避检查，员工会把敌敌畏原液灌进矿泉水瓶，再把标签撕掉。

最扎心的是，公司员工自己都说：“我们消杀过的餐厅，我个人是不会去吃的，打死也不会去吃的。”

记者随后对多家餐厅消杀后的地面残留液体取样，快速检测结果显示敌敌畏阳性。

更荒诞的是，监管部门已经介入调查，当晚这家公司还在继续作业。表面上换成了合规药品“残杀威”，但现场残留液体里，依然检测出了敌敌畏。

【湖南老人牌馆门口猝死，救人店主反被索赔10万】近日，湖南衡阳一名老人在牌馆门口休息时突然晕倒，店主夫妻上前施救并拨打120，但老人最终因自身基础疾病离世。

事后，家属却以店主曾参与救助为由索赔10万元，还称如果不赔，就把遗体摆到店门口。

警方和司法所调取监控后确认，店主施救过程没有过错，依法无需承担赔偿责任。但为了尽快结束纠缠，店主最后还是以“人道补偿”名义，向老人儿子转了1.9万元。

网友：照这样下去，真碰上那种突发疾病需要救治的老人家，路人都不敢碰还得让人家走远点。
