@makemytrip Very disappointing experience. I purchased a ₹45,000 gift card for a holiday package, only to be told it cannot be used with the coupon on my booking. Now I’m told it cannot be cancelled/refunded either. ₹45,000 stuck with no solution. Please resolve this.
