@BritishGas terrible customer service today. Just because an engineer was told he couldn't wait 15 mins I have no hot water still and have lost earnings as only get given 6 hr slot . Told they are not allowed to wait. I wait for my customers why can't you #lossofearnings

@trainpal_go great app, great prices, nice and easy. But trying to get a refund today due to cancelled trains and it won't let me submit it. Been trying since early this morning. Had to drive 8.5hrs today to make my appointment and back!
