I know a lot of us are bitter, disgusted & infuriated over a year of Israel's genocide in Gaza and US support for it.

If there were a compelling case that voting a particular way in November would put an end to this genocide, then we should fight/pressure/shame everyone to vote the right way.

But since the 2024 election will inevitably put a genocide enabler in the White House, perhaps we shouldn't misdirect our frustration by tearing each other down over differing ideas on how to make this vote count in some way.

Virtually every opponent of this genocide wants to (1) punish the Dems for this horror, (2) save the world from Trump, & (3) bust the corporate duopoly holding our politics hostage. Let's not make enemies out of people over how they order these goals.

@DAAM_records Yeah I think the contact mics work more on vibration so they should hopefully get all the strings somewhat equally ( as well as pick noise, etc ) You just might need a little volume boost (I use and eq pedal get it up to instrument level )

@DAAM_records It might be worth looking into contact mics that clip on to body, Some of them can be stuck on as well. For me even the cheaper ones work pretty well clipped to a headstock of a ukulele or mandolin. Not a super natural sound, but it can be pretty good through an amp and fx
