Check how the type of diet we follow impacts our overall health burden. Results are based on the consumption of unprocessed red meat, processed meat, and legumes, and exposure to chemical contaminants in 25 European countries.

@TomBomb60347790@fleroy1974 In this context the potential health risk was related to the likelihood that the exposure to the mycotoxins we found could lead to adverse health effects. The health concern is related to two other mycotoxins which are known to be carcinogenic. Hope this helps.
New study which highligths the co-occurrence of 16 mycotoxins in 105 meat alternatives. Simulation scenarios and dietary exposure indicated potential health risks and a need for regulation of mycotoxins in meat alternatives.
