Most freelancer sites lead with wins.
I rebuilt mine to lead with six things that broke.
A parser that stopped reading web addresses halfway, so a South African shop became a domain that does not exist. A clothing filter that let a coffee roaster through. A step that quietly ran 67 times instead of once.
Each one opens to show what actually caused it.
Anyone can say they build automation. Fewer people can tell you how theirs failed.

@AlexHormozi A useful reminder that comparison is usually built on incomplete information.
We see other pples highlight while they often see only our visible progress.
The healthiest benchmark is still who you were yesterday.
@AlexHormozi Anyone can show up when you're down..it costs nothing and makes them feel good. But watching you rise while they stay still? That reveals the real temperature of their heart.
The coffee roaster one is my favourite.
My filter looked for clothing words anywhere in a catalogue. Three branded t-shirts was enough to pass.
Fix was counting product by product.
A check that asks, "is this present" is always looser than one that asks, "how much".

this is the wildest website i've seen so far, all made with ai (gpt-image-2 and seedance-2.0)
and it changes on every refresh!
unreal work, congrats @peardotno
@anah_sahh I think augmentation is the only logical path. AI catches what we human miss while humans catch what AI can't like I.e context, fear, hope. Both is needed at this point but human judgment stays in charge.
Every person you see has a version of you in their head that you'll never meet. You exist differently in every mind. You are many people and none of them are you.
Most small shops are sitting on the answers. They just never get to read them.
So I built The Sales Pulse: one short WhatsApp a week showing a shop owner how their sales did, and the one move worth making.
No charts. No admin. First brief free ๐

@Daywrotethis@Tha_Hooded_one The feed sells us today's panic while old books sell us centuries of patterns.
When one has sat with kings, fools, and prophets on the bookpage, the latest outrageor outburst looks very familiar..just a costume change..lol
@sonjahoorn@FitAndFortune@itsme_urstruly Action Bias is what it is called.. One must recognize when inaction is the most effective action. Sometimes the best move is to wait and observe.
@JimmyIdann@t0mbfx Action bias is what it is called..Action bias explains why Ceos rush acquisitions and why we tinker with portfolios during volatility. The hardest skill is recognizing when inaction is the most effective action. Sometimes the best move is to wait and observe.
@IGWEPIKOLO@just_andydev Data engineers build the pipelines (ETL)that transform raw data into clean and query-ready format(tables) that data analyst use to generate insights for businesses, entities, enterprise etc..
Without these pipelines, analysts would drown in messy, unreliable data.
