A parser that stopped reading web addresses halfway, so a South African shop became a domain that does not exist. A clothing filter that let a coffee roaster through. A step that quietly ran 67 times instead of once.

The coffee roaster one is my favourite.

My filter looked for clothing words anywhere in a catalogue. Three branded t-shirts was enough to pass.

Fix was counting product by product.

A check that asks, "is this present" is always looser than one that asks, "how much".

@anah_sahh I think augmentation is the only logical path. AI catches what we human miss while humans catch what AI can't like I.e context, fear, hope. Both is needed at this point but human judgment stays in charge.
