@CanadaRobin @VoiceoverCop I would imagine that in Toronto the police are more concerned with violent crimes on subways than trying to nab every high bike courier, renter etc., trying to make rent and scrape through life. For the Cervello riding Bayview, Davisville, downtowners, they are who they are.

@CanadaRobin @VoiceoverCop Cyclists cause accidents too, hit cars, pedestrians, u-lock cars , go against traffic, lane split…Check your municipality and test your theory by going through a stop sign or red with your bike and see if you get a ticket or hit by a car. See if that makes some sense.
