Feeling so grateful, recieving the Meritorious Service Medal from Governor General of Canada Mary Simon last week for supporting 2SLGBTQ+ persons and furthering the legal protections of Transgender Canadians.

A mother tragically loses their trans child to suicide - who the mother says was a target of ‘gender critical’ transphobes online - and transphobic trolls use it as an opportunity to attack her! 😣
THIS is the true face of the obsessive and heartless ‘gender critical’ cult! 😖

The advertisement below violates section 7 of the BC Human Rights Code by advertising an intention to discriminate on explicitly-prohibited grounds or urging others to do so.
Furthermore, if someone who would have participated in what it advertises is (or feels) excluded by the policy of the advertiser, then this is also a violation of section 8 of the Code.
Hurt feelings, material harm, and a sense of safety that result from the sign or an actual refusal are valid triggers to file a complaint. Note that entrapment is not allowed.
Hey there #TERF/#GC/#TRA/#TransRights/#queer/#antifa/#LGB organizer/thought leaders.
I'll be in Europe early August. LMK if there are any groups interested in the situation in Canada or dialogue with a random Canadian trans rights activist about inclusion and safety. I talk to everyone who has manners.
All EU locations plus #TERFIsland where a trans woman and her kids can exist considered. [email protected]

It is time for Canada to recognize that as a country the USA does not fully protect people from violence and discrimination over gender identity or expression. Trans refugees should be exempt from the STCA.

A reminder from California that Canada's interpretation of the Safe Third Country Agreement (#STCA) should not apply to transgender persons from the US. The evidence shows us that across the United States, Trans persons experience violence and discrimination because of their gender identity or expression.
@CitImmCanada and @JusticeCanadaEN, it's time for Canada to protect #Transgender asylum seekers fleeing the #USA.
@SCC_eng ...in contrast with the opposing efforts which are therefore the furthest from the core values of freedom of expression and not to be equally protected.
@SCC_eng “[t]he closer the expression lies to the core values of [freedom of expression], including truth-seeking, participating in political decision-making and diversity in the forms of self-fulfillment and human flourishing, ‘the greater the public interest in protecting it’”
