@VMCVadodara across sardarnagar society, Nizampura - burning of dry leaves is a common issue. Sweepers say that they have no other disposal mechanism for this - pl provide solutions - we requested ward office to provide garbage bins, request ignored. @VMCCommissioner
@jsensarma Excellent post!
Why did 10 years of this govt not improve #3? They had the numbers from the people, and some bright ministers too. Not the right intent then?
If so, what’s the fix for #3
@abhymurarka This entire article is dependent on the tax reduction, and as of now, there is little evidence of that happening. Logically it should’ve happened long back, but alas.
Meanwhile Reliance and Adani are aggressively building EV Charging infra.
@DeepalTrevedie Partially because there’s not enough growth. Some of the “growth” is illusionary.
The State Government also appears to be sleeping at the wheel, relying on Modi’s persona in every election.
@LiveLawIndia The police in India, in general, requires sensitization on hundreds of topics. Our police is not yet an elite force by any means.
And the last line by J. Nariman is one of the key reasons why. Removing political interests from police will speed their development manifold.
@CMOGuj@PMOIndia@narendramodi despite the excess electricity production in Guj, there is a power cut in Vadodara almost once a week, pls hasten infra improvement and maintenance by the state owned distribution cos. Vadodara can’t be a “smart city” with electricity problems. Thx
@ParuChirps@KishoreIyer5 Conflict of interest is a concept for positions which have fiduciary duties or public responsibility. Hindenburg has neither, they are a private “for profit” organization. Believing them or not, is your choice. And from what we’re seeing, there are definitely some who believe.
@dmuthuk It is near impossible to give an opinion on such a large group in 90 days. It would require a lot of manpower and cooperation from Adani employees with a level of scrutiny they may not be habituated to. A 6 month timeline may be more realistic.
@Sherbir Nice article. Anyone who uses the internet as a medium of influence would usually be unchecked unless they mattered so much that they be checked.. that’s the essence of the internet
