Satan selling lies that 1 hour sermon on a Sunday is enough to debunk the lies he whispered and instructed through out the week. My body won't control me, we will sit down and listen to 4 hours sermon together till we get rid of what flesh means.

I don’t totally agree with this chief and i hope that’s fine. My POV is that sermons can be short and people will still not pay attention to it. It could be lengthy and people would crave for it more. Everything depends on the individual and the content of the sermon. That aside, I feel people do not prepare themselves psychologically and otherwise when they go to church as they would when they go for lectures, seminars and co. Most of us sat through long hours in school, even went straight to the library afterwards but were very attentive. Some persons can binge watch a movie series but can’t listen to the word of God (most of them are only Sunday worshippers).
It shows that they are yet to recognize that the word of God is a lifestyle not just once a week obligatory act.
