While I'm waiting for GTA6, it's time to explore my neighborhoods in Cherkasy ๐บ๐ฆ
Before, it took months; now it takes a day.

@ThePrimeagen This sounds like Britainโs Red Flag Act. In 1865, powered vehicles needed a person walking 60 yards ahead with a red flag to warn people. Britain eased the rules later, while carmakers in Germany and France were moving ahead. History rhymes.
Chancellor of Germany, Friedrich Merz, calls for massive deregulation of the European Union:
We must deregulate every sector. I call for a "regulatory clean slate".
Small adjustments to laws are not enough. It is necessary to systematically review the entire set of existing EU legislation.
It takes a while to build the confidence, but there's no future where you're manually reviewing every line of agent code. Not much acceleration in that. You need adversarial agent reviews, you need automated testing, and maybe you spot check. That's it. From prompt to production!
@dhh I started my SE in 2011 with RoR. Wrote an article to a popular tech public (ั ะฐะฑั) and got a couple of comments, including a long anonymous email saying that the world doesn't need such programmers, I'll never succeed, etc. It's 15 years I'm in creating great things. Now with AI.
Some data we recently assembled on entrepreneurship/compute in Europe: https://t.co/x8pbpHLun7.
We hope that one of the useful roles that Stripe can play is in collecting and publishing empirical data pertaining to entrepreneurship and industry in Europe. There's growing appetite to get Europe on a better footing, and cross-sectional comparisons can often shine light on where opportunities lie. If you're interested in this kind of thing, we publish more at https://t.co/YoZDuYbaBi.
@J0hnADouglas@Adobe They also tried to scam me many years ago, like 10-15 years ago, by moving the auto-subscription to an earlier period and charging for a 1-year subscription. So I had to spend so much time with their support to dispute that.
Never do subscriptions on Adobe products.
@miolini But what I also think. With my $200/mo subscription, I use $5k+ monthly in tokens. And it's 25 times cheaper and still not so cheap and I have to limit myself :-[
So I hope it will be 100x+ cheaper sometime.
@miolini As Bill Gates said "640k ought to be enough for anybody" :D
But I'd love to have modern open-weight models times faster and cheaper. Like 10 times? More?
For anyone with endless ideas, this agent age is nirvana as those ideas are met with endless execution, endless exploration. I've never had has much fun working with computers as I do right now. What a time to be alive.
What surprises me isnโt that this world is full of corrupt, unscrupulous, dishonest talking heads with inflated academic credentials.
What surprises me more is that people who, in theory, ought to respect themselves, their time, and their own intelligence keep giving such people a microphone, consuming their info garbage, and making no conclusions.
