@Se_Railway So yet another example of terrible management and communication from @Se_Railway . It’s not your fault that there was a trespasser but your response to it has been worse than useless. You must be removed from operating this franchise.

@Se_Railway why did the LB 15:46 show it was going to Blackheath and then divert once we had started moving?! You’ve know about the trespasser for nearly an hour so why show the wrong calling stations at London Bridge!? Now I’m in totally the wrong place

@Se_Railway But all the trains before that were clearly displaying they were being diverted, this train still showed Blackheath. When we boarded it immediately diverted. So why did you display the wrong the stations? The trespassers had been know for an hour.
