@teachplaygrub Great thread, always love your content. Important to mention the MMA origin variance here. There are many and luckily are rare. It’s important to know though when doing various endovascular procedures.

@gdawod1 @svinsociety @merkler_alex @WCMCNeurology @EladLevyMD was spot on, NSx can and should remove these, plus ENRICH was announced showing clear benefit. We will have a paradigm shift in thinking very soon, many organizations have converted, much like ppl doing EVT before 2015-2018 trials. It’s what’s best for patients.
