What about muscle gain benefit? Not gym junky style just good muscle volume? You cant preserve that below 1 gram per kg a day!

@levelsio I did exactly this but only through chat. Found chatgpt much better. Claude can be off in calories. Chatgpt kept a good memory and very strict in calorie count. I dropped my weight by 9kg and fat percentage by around 8%. From mid 20’s% to 16%. Visceral fat 300gram in 6months!

@bryan_johnson I’m a bit confused! You’re naming it Autoimmune gastritis. Where does it say that? The pathology report you’re sharing says Chronic atopic gastritis. Which can be environmental or autoimmune? Unless there is another detailed path? And usually autoimmune doesnt affect Antrum!

@farzyness Not really! No matter how much diet and excericse you do, you can only lower your LDL by much! But certainly not 60%. Usually it’s around 10-20%
Further reduction will need drug intervention.
