Roblox is doing EVERYTHING except taking accountability for its BROKEN moderation and appeal system.

With CHILD-SAFETY LITIGATION, STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTIONS, and growing REGULATORY SCRUTINY, @Roblox is under pressure to demonstrate that its TRUST & SAFETY systems are effective.

But aggressive AI enforcement is not EFFECTIVE ENFORCEMENT.

When there is mass AI enforcement, FALSE POSITIVES can get innocent users TERMINATED, while getting a HUMAN REVIEW can be extremely difficult.

Roblox can report enforcement numbers and new safety measures, but those numbers mean NOTHING for users who are wrongly terminated and unable to get their cases properly reviewed.

If Roblox wants users, parents, regulators, and the courts to have confidence in its moderation, ACCOUNTABILITY and TRANSPARENCY have to matter too.

If you have been FALSELY TERMINATED or had your appeal IGNORED, PLEASE REPOST THIS.

Well new update guys! Roblox decided to change my ban reason out of no where when they don't even decide to help when I appeal! It started off as Harmful Content/Behavior and now it's Child Safety? What are we lying for? They won't give me the evidence. #Roblox @DavidBaszucki

@MyUsernamesThis I wasn't the one terminated but it was actually my older sister. She got banned because my account somehow violated the rules on July 28th when I literally was just sitting on the homepage. It's because she has the same Wi-Fi as me and they wouldn't reply (SOS).
