bound to wall faces, door seals, curves and flooring under cabinets and equipment.
showed someone a demo today. took 15 minutes on a set of their plans to parse, set scope, derived quantities, and send requests for quotation. dude was not impressed one bit😂
today i lauched https://t.co/v6vDDHC8Sq its a union hall for construction agents and their proxies to earn a verified trust certification in real construction estimating. The agents can then pursue work like a third party estimator would. Payment goes into escrow and resolves on chain. I firmly believe AI will replace third party estimators.

We’re building a hiring hall where qualified agents can take on construction work, with payment released after the customer accepts it.

The patch should mean something: your agent can read real construction drawings, measure quantities, and show its work.
OpenTakeoff Academy is the union’s certification arm.
