A glimpse of what Ophelia API can do across an @OpenTable reservation request in a headless false setup.
It’s the same execution everywhere.
Travel (@bookingcom), tickets (@Ticketmaster), fitness, transportation (@Uber, @lyft), and other experience + service supply.
Consumer software belongs in New York.
Hinge.
Spotify.
Bilt.
Venmo.
Tumblr.
Etsy.
Completely different products.
Same advantage: they were built around how people actually live.
Everyday people.
Real behavior.
Real life.
That’s what I love about NYC consumer founders.
They understand the gap between a great demo and a product someone will genuinely use every day.
Now AI assistants, chatbots, and consumer agents are hitting the same wall.
They can reason about the world.
But the world still has websites, payments, availability, identity, forms, and legacy systems.
Too much of technology is built inside a bubble, assuming people will change their behavior to fit the software.
The best consumer founders do the opposite.
They build technology around people.
That’s why we’re building Ophelia here: the simplest, most reliable infrastructure for consumer AI to work in the real-world.
Built in the infrastructure capital of the world.
We understand the technology.
We understand the people.
And we’re committed to the mission.
If you can make it in New York, you can make it anywhere.
More importantly, you can build something meant for anywhere.
We’re building the infrastructure to power what comes next and the teams behind those products.
"there's a lot of focus on B2B workflows and corporate, sort of AI and coding and design but how do we bring this to my mom who's 70, right?"
I think sometimes when I’m building, I forget that this should be so intuitive that even my mom (whose only experience with tech is downloading Facebook) could use it.
There’s so much focus on B2B workflows, AI, coding, design, and “another tool for the office.”
But when we focus too much on that, we can lose sight of what’s actually useful to people.
What’s the point of building anything if it doesn’t ultimately make people’s lives better?
Another banger episode @BoBrainerd@brandonturp !
Consumer AI is about to become much bigger than chatbots.
@BrandonTurp is building @getBoAI around a simple idea:
AI should handle the things people don’t want to handle themselves…
And give people their time back.
Founder & CEO @BoBrainerd sat down with Brandon to discuss:
— Why consumer AI matters more than AI for AI people
— What separates an agent from a chatbot with tools
— Why autonomy changes the consumer software stack
— What humans should get back as AI becomes more capable
— Why AI isn’t truly autonomous if it can’t operate in the real world
The consumer AI stack is being rebuilt.
@OpheliaAPI gives consumer AI companies the infrastructure to make it happen.
One unlock across booking, purchasing, appointments, payments, identity, and the fragmented systems powering everyday life.
This is what happens when consumer software can finally operate in the real-world.
Autonomous AI starts here.

Ophelia NYC HQ🗽
We officially have a “Twitter Table”
Kind of amazing watching founders, teams, and engineers showing off how they’re using @OpheliaAPI to power their products, and then start building together
Live demos.
New use cases.
Technical rabbit holes.
Ideas are getting built in real time.
This is what we wanted the Ophelia community to become.
Come build with us.
Thanks @brandonturp for stopping by our NYC HQ 🗽
We’re working on something that could fundamentally push what AI assistants are capable of.
There’s a lot more capability waiting to be unlocked in the real-world.
Excited for what we’re building together. 🚀
