The Codex app needs a better way to comment on inline prose from the agent. Select Text -> add to chat is useful if there’s only one comment, but once you have more than one comment or revision then all of them get grouped together making commenting on them awkward. @OpenAIDevs

@OpenAIDevs I believe there’s a bug on the mobile app related to permanent worktrees: all worktree threads show up inside the main folder, whereas on the desktop app the permanent worktree has its own project thread group. This prevents creating new threads inside the worktree or checking out its branch, as it’s locked to that workspace.

You can probably bypass it with prompting, but I wanted to make you aware if you aren’t already.
