Switching to the #carnivorediet changed my life completely. Discover how it can do the same for you.
Before July this year, hamburgers were the best food ever for me. I could literally eat them morning, lunch and dinner seven days a week. I am not kidding.
Before my If I can inspire one person to take action and be the captain of their own life, I'll be content., I believed I could eat whatever I wanted, as it seemed I didn't gain any weight whatever I ate. My friends were jealous and often said that they would gain weight by only looking at something sweet.
Before I started this lifestyle, I wasn't happy. Even though I have a beautiful daughter, a loving spouse, a roof over our head and a good job to go to - I was not happy. In fact, I was on the brink of depression. I could taste it. Feel the coldness of it.
I was eating hamburgers all weekend with my best friend, and my belly turned into a balloon.
Something got me to sit down and have a talk with myself. This couldn't continue like this. The self-harm of eating fast food. It's not even food really, I can see that now.
I started a 3 day fast. Water and salt. I had some broth as well, now that I think about it. It wasn't easy, but in my mind, it was this or losing my colon.
From that day, four months later, I have gone from being a miserable, sick, sad man to...
Happy. Healthy. Strong, mentally and physically. Brain fog that had haunted me, was gone.
If I can inspire one other human being to take action and be the captain of their own life, I'm satisfied.

@5MinuteBody The Carnivore police can eat my butt.
We are individuals, and if your body can tolerate it and you enjoy it - Eat it.
I want Carnivore because of my Ulcerative Colitis, but I know many did it for other reasons than illness.
Eating chicken is pretty harmless though 😂
Pork and beef, mostly in that order, are my go to meats.
Pork is so much cheaper were I live. Roughly $10 per kilo(100SEK), compared to at least twice for beef.
I aim for a food budget of $10 per day, and I am mostly successful.
@CaryKelly11 Yeah, that's way to common.
Here I am, being happy with my clock
- Casio F-91W.
😁
Enjoying meat this afternoon though, as usual. And good health.
