While building the persona, the teams also focused on problem scenarios including;

- The person's key thoughts
- Notable observations of the persona
- How the persona feels
- Emotions that might drive their point of view
- What triggers their activity

Building the user journey is a 4-step process driven to understand the gaps with the current solution. This includes understanding;

-The persona's conscious of need
- Their awareness
- The decision to buy/use
- The after use

Building on from day 1 of the #EndTeenPregnancy HackLab learning lab, @N_RahmahR, Gender and Inclusion Lead @OutboxHub takes us into a deep dive on "Understanding the users."

This involves understanding the personas' demographic information, needs, motivations and
pain points.

With support from mentors, the teams are using the #HCD to refine their solutions keeping in mind;

1. The critical users
2. Developing user persona/s
3. The current user journey as they get the task done
4. The future user journey with the solution considered

Together with @UNFPAUganda, we are committed to #EndTeenPregnancy through a HackLab where 4 innovative solutions, @ndabahub, @bbridgeai, @Her_Worth_fndn, and DIV, are being incubated.

Through the #EndTeenPregnancy HackLab, @UNFPAUganda is working to achieve the three zeros; zero preventable maternal death, zero unmet need for family planning, and zero gender based violence.

As well, conduct red teaming activities to refine investigative methodologies and enhance AI detection tools for identifying synthetic and manipulated media.
