It was once said by an unamed BTP person who is now a CInsp that if two calls came in, one from TfL and one for a TOC. TfL one would be graded higher.

When we do challenge we get the 5th degree from “management” for not “upholding the values of the company” or other doublespeak.

We won’t challenge because of the abuse and lack of support from the company when customer complains. Ticket not working? Oh sorry. *taps ITSO card* there you go. Then you get called a c for the barriers not working.
