Jensen is a 3rd-year Ph.D. student at @MTSU_Business. His working paper, “Of the People and By the People: How Different Are Elected Judges’ Rulings Compared to Appointed Judges’ Rulings?”, co-authored with Sean-Patrick Alvarez, is accepted for presentation at SEA's meeting.

Dr. Benzecry's dissertation committee included PERI Director @smithdanj, @ssprickschuster, and Ennio Piano. Benzecry joins a distinguished line of economics scholars in the Austrian and public choice traditions, including Carl Menger and MTSU alum James Buchanan.
PERI Director @smithdanj is the past president of SDAE, which support the development of an approach to economics that draws upon the insights of Austrian writers such as Carl Menger, Ludwig von Mises, and F. A. Hayek, among others.
