With a special focus on Tier-2 and Tier-3 towns, aspirational districts and rural India, the initiative seeks to strengthen pathways for innovation, entrepreneurship and scalable impact.

दिल्ली: केंद्रीय मंत्री जयंत चौधरी ने ज़मीनी स्तर के इनोवेटर्स को सहयोग देने के लिए 'नवाचार मंत्र' लॉन्च करते हुए कहा "भारतीय कृषि की चुनौतियों का समाधान खोजने की उद्यमशील यात्रा से उन्हें प्रेरणा मिली है। मैं जो करने की कोशिश कर रहा हूं, वह उससे अलग नहीं है, बल्कि उसी सोच के अनुरूप है। विदेश में पढ़ाई करने के बाद भारत लौटना मेरे लिए कोई कठिन फैसला नहीं था, क्योंकि मैंने भारत की वास्तविकता को बहुत करीब से देखा है। मेरी पढ़ाई दिल्ली के मॉडर्न स्कूल, बाराखंबा रोड में हुई, लेकिन मैं हमेशा गांवों के लोगों से मिलता था और उन वास्तविक भारतवासियों को देखता था जो देश का निर्माण कर रहे हैं..."

Under the leadership of Shri Jayant Chaudhary, Hon'ble Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Skill Development & Entrepreneurship and Minister of State for Education, the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship has launched NAVACHAR MANTRA, a national initiative designed to identify, mentor, and elevate early-stage innovators and entrepreneurs across India, with a special focus on Tier-2 and Tier-3 towns, aspirational districts, and rural geographies.

Implemented by NIESBUD and supported by FITT, IIT Delhi as the Knowledge Partner, Navachar Mantra aims to build a robust innovation ecosystem that connects promising innovators with mentors, industry leaders, policymakers, investors, and market opportunities. Through structured mentorship, national-level visibility, expert guidance, innovation showcases, and access to growth opportunities, the initiative seeks to transform grassroots ideas into scalable enterprises and impactful success stories.

Because the next breakthrough innovation for Bharat can come from anywhere, and every great idea deserves a platform.
