@LICOR_ENV are at the annual @BIFoRUoB conference demonstrating our LI-6800 + LI-600 photosynthesis systems and LI-7810/20 CH4/C02/H20 + N20 trace gas analysers and smart survey chamber. Come on over and say hi 😀
If you are at the @BIFoRUoB Conference today, please do pop by and say hi and pick up some free ID species guides! 🙂
We are here to talk about the work we have been doing and to promote biological recording.
Great talk from @drjoshlarsen about beavers at the @BIFoRUoB annual conference.
Beavers disturb ecosystems & create riparian areas which are different to what we have, AND what we might imagine.

Have a listen and you’ll find you’ve discovered a real treat for your ears, heart, mind and soul in Andrew with Beluga Lagoon. Hope you like it… hope you love it!
@PercyShurmerAET are the first primary to engage with the stunning work being undertaken by @BIFoRUoB as they strive to understand the role trees play in the survival of our planet.
Many important eyes were on them today, & they soared to the challenge!

Reception @BarfordSchool saw the world through different eyes today…. and even no eyes at all! A blindfolded assault course to see how a🪱 finds their way and a tricky🕷🕸to navigate with ‘🦟-vision’ glasses. Only 3 pupils 🦟managed to escape the 🕷’s clutches! @rootstofruit202
@BIFoRUoB it doesn't look like much but camera traps confirm #hedgehog (s) at our FACE facility. @hedgehogsociety understatement to say I'm a tad excited!
Exciting to be 25m up an oak tree at @BIFoRUoB FACE experiencing the tree canopy at elevated CO2. Thanks to the BIFOR climbing team for keeping me safe.
