An urgent appeal to the International Community, to Human Rights Organizations and to every voice that still believes in justice.
Former Prime Minister Imran Khan, the most popular leader in the country and the chairman of its largest political party is being systematically denied his basic Human Rights.
He has already lost vision in almost all of one eye and he is now suffering from dental issues. He is being denied access to his personal physicians who know his medical history, who his family trusts and who are best equipped to treat him.
His family has repeatedly requested that he be shifted to Shifa International Hospital so he can receive appropriate care. Even more alarming is that his family has not seen him for over 6 months.
Raise your voice.
Demand accountability.
Demand his basic Human Rights!

To understand the situation with and around Imran Khan, repeat this after me:
The elites, the military establishment, and the political class are not angry at what Khan did in power. They are angry at what he refused to do. He refused to serve them.
Pakistan is not experiencing a political crisis. It is experiencing a class war. The ruling order, the generals, the political dynasties, the landlord families, and the bureaucratic layer that services them all, has operated for decades on a single, unspoken arrangement that whoever reaches the top serves the top. Khan broke that arrangement. He looked at the common Pakistani and chose them instead. That is his actual crime.
The imprisonment, the stacked charges, the media blackout, the dismantling of his party, none of it was ever about Imran Khan. He is in the way, yes, but he is not the point. The point is you. The Pakistani citizen who voted, who believed, who filled the streets. The target has always been your political will, your capacity to organise, your stubborn conviction that power could be made to answer to you. Khan is not being punished for what he did. He is being made an example of for what you did, you chose him, and they need you to understand what choosing wrong costs. The message is as old as every ruling class that has ever existed, that is to know your place, or watch what happens to the person you dared to trust. Khan stood up for you, it is time for you to stand up for him.

Aleema Khan has once again been stopped from going to Adiala Jail.
it is shameful that we witness this injustice happening right before our eyes, and yet we remain helpless.
Imran Khan’s sisters once again waited outside the prison for a meeting, but were denied access to see him. The repeated refusals have raised further questions over transparency and access rights surrounding the jailed former PM.
Holding Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi in solitary confinement, depriving them of basic human rights, and obstructing medical facilities, is a criminal display of fascism.
The presence of a blood clot in Imran Khan's eye is a serious medical condition that necessitates immediate treatment or it could pose a permanent threat to his vision and health.
We demand that Imran Khan be immediately granted permission for an examination by his preferred medical specialists and that all his legal and medical rights be restored in accordance with international human rights laws.

Tuesday is a family and lawyers meeting day with Imran Khan. This is his right under the jail manual, reinforced by a full bench High Court order permitting us to meet our brother.
For over a year, we have traveled to Adiala Jail every Tuesday, only to be stopped by Punjab Police before reaching the gate. Officers have openly stated that court orders hold no value for them. On rare occasions, after prolonged protest and mounting pressure, one or two of us sisters have been allowed inside. In the past five months, our sister Dr. Uzma Khan has been permitted to meet him only three times, once each in October, November, and December 2025.
Every Tuesday, we continue to wait outside Adiala Jail in protest, demanding that this government respect his legal and constitutional right to meet his family and lawyers. We are there not only to assert his rights, but to stand in solidarity, so he knows we are present, and that he is not alone.
