The Plight of Vocational Teachers under TMP:

1. Teachers must reach school before 9 AM and cannot leave before 3 PM.

2. The salary is very low, often delayed, and there are no increments.

3. Leaves are not allowed, even in emergencies. If a teacher cannot attend school, their salary is deducted, or worse, they risk losing their job.

4. Despite marking online attendance daily, teachers are subjected to video calls via WhatsApp to confirm their presence.

5. Teachers are required to conduct HOS and GL activities, even when salaries have not been paid for months. Reimbursements for such activities take months after completion.

6. TMP shirks all responsibilities. If any issues arise, the teacher is blamed. If a teacher raises concerns, they are dismissed, and TMP simply replaces them with someone else who faces the same exploitation.

7. There is no support system for teachers. Seeking help is not an option as it could put the job at risk.

For the past three months, we haven’t received our salaries. Many of us are now in debt. Despite this, TMP expects us to continue working as if we are millionaires. We cannot leave this job because of our families, but the pressure of the current job leaves us no time to prepare for new opportunities. @himantabiswa mama, we are desperate. You are our only hope🙏. Please intervene and help us. The TMP and higher officials have failed us. Remove TMP and save vocational education.

TMP's are doing business with the implementation. Trainer's even doesn't get 50% of fund as sanctioned and approved by central govt.have a look on this
