We booked a Kia Sonet car(HTK plus 7 dct) in Nov 2020, it’s been 9 months now. All plans were disturbed and emotional attachment with the purchase (as it was a first car) has caused a distress to family.Very poor service by the outlet @Kia_Worldwide @KiaInd shame on your service
