Been stuck for over 40 mins outside union.

Given how often you have equipment issues- having people stuck isn't the answer - figure out a protocol that allows folks to come out of the train safely so we can get on with our lives!

@GOtransit MI delay - there has to be a better way to manage vs losing productivity for almost 2 hrs becoz of poor procedure on your end! Issues happen-I understand-how you manage it is what I have a problem with. Service Guarantee not available - can't waste more time on it.

@airtransat this number called me and is a fraudulent number - notifying you since they are using your name - this was a scam where they made me install remitly and using air transat's name to get money!

@airtransat @tripcentral Air transat service was horrible. We flew to DR (10 of us) and for our parents paid for Club class. Departing plane had issues and instead we were given seats in the 35th row. The entire trip experience was spoilt because of how Air Transat managed this.

@GOtransit @Metrolinx get your act together! We have had issues and delays on Milton line for a week now - every day has been a disaster! Today all trains are impacted. Invest the money to improve the tracks, signals etc. It is truly unacceptable.

@GOtransit @Metrolinx significant delays on Milton line. And now the 843 train is stuck at streetsville for the past 11 mins with 0 updates from the train ambassador. Communication needs to be better - why are we held up here! Train staff on communication and transparency.

@GOtransit @Metrolinx Meadowvale go station parking lot is a mess. Very poor cleaning effort resulting in risky driving conditions. Very dangerous conditions in the parking lot due to sloppy cleaning efforts. Only a matter of time before someone falls or injures themselves!

We live in Canada and we know it gets cold -2 B2B trains cancelled on Milton line. @GOtransit @Metrolinx please spend on better trains. You charge an arm and a leg for these rides & waste it vs improving the quality of trains and service. Get your act together. @CBCNews @CTVNews

@AirCanada AC8995 YYZ- I am sat in a seat that doesn't have a seat in front of me - a spot in overhead bin ahead of me however she doesn't allow it! The spot remains empty - I paid more for carry on which was gate checked & no spot for my backpack either! Total RIP OFF @CTVNews

@GOtransitMI there needs to be a better way to handle trespassers - the cost of delays is astronomical. How do we block them from even accessing the tracks and harsher punishments when they are caught - shouldn't be just a slap on the wrist. This is ridiculous - stuck for 50mins

@GOtransitMI @koosjac You have increased non peak travel time significantly. Meadowavle to union used to be 35-55mins and now with 1 transfer it's 1hr 23mins. It's ridiculous. Bring back direct bus to union. Find an alternate that keeps travel time the same! Poor service @CBCNews @BonnieCrombie

@GOtransit the new schedule starting April 8th for Milton line is horrible. Non peak travel time for meadowavle riders increases from 45mins to 1.5hrs. This will result in people driving to Clarkson vs taking this route. Horrible decision. #disappointed #poorplanning
