@dcdmv The adjudication team were the ones who sent me packing. Apparently intense caregiving and grief weren't good reasons for a delay in paying tickets. If that's the case, why would I want to put myself through this again?

I guess there's a reason for the heartless reputation.

@dcdmv my wife died of cancer in May. While she was going to radiation she got some camera tickets I did not know about. Apparently the car is in my name. I then had to care for her mother who died in July. I went to dmv adjudication and they would t even remove late fees.

I am literally cutting my trip short and trying to get home for a family health emergency and I heard nothing for about 18 hours. The people who answer the phone don’t have the ability to change the ticket? It’s completely outrageous.

Democracy is clarity. As a student of human behavior, I believe it reflects the will of the people. The race is not over but the blame game has begun.
