There are two options. First you do not know what is happening on your platform because you have many admins with many friends on Steam. Second, you are just lying to people who pay you, while treating them worse than others.
I am not a person who spends a lot of time on Twitch, but even I saw a situation where Polish streamer Bandura and four of his streamer friends were playing FACEIT queue and dodged matches, if I remember correctly, two times in a row. And what happened? Nothing. They were not even hiding it and were talking about it on stream. I do not have any VODs, but you can probably find clips on YouTube.
There is also a second situation, which is even more funny and shows that maybe you need to have an admin in your friends list to play on this platform.
I sent a ticket about my ban and appealed my one-year ban. I used almost the same words as another Polish guy from my team. You know what happened? I got a one-year ban, and this guy only got a warning. Later, after another report, not from me, I saw that he got only a one-month ban.
There was also a third guy who said to him at the end: “Do not worry, I will send the demo to an admin. GG, see you.”
Can someone explain this to the community? Because I think we do not understand something. Maybe we should all add an admin to our friends list if we want to be treated fairly on this platform.
Hey @FACEIT, @FACEITcs, @FACEIT_Darwin@FACEITSupport@donk1337@CS2News_EN
Can you explain how your rules are applied equally to everyone?
A regular player dodges a match and their bans keep stacking. 30 minutes, then longer, and there's no instant help from support, even for Premium users waiting days for ticket responses.
Meanwhile, donk dodges a match, receives a 30-minute ban, and is unbanned after about 2 minutes, allowing him to queue again immediately. I'll attach screenshots showing the timeline.
How is this fair? Do some players have direct access to admins while everyone else is expected to wait? If so, why are different rules being applied depending on who the player is?
If some players can dodge a match, get instantly unbanned, and queue again until they get a map or matchup they prefer, then why is anyone surprised they reach 5000 Elo while other top players struggle around 4000? Doesn't that create an unfair competitive advantage?
We deserve a transparent explanation.
