Day 4 was a travel day!

Yesterday the @MyFirstBitcoin_ crew took the panoramic train from Bandung to Surabaya, and used the ride to continue our conversation with @Silatoshi_id

Three months ago, we described a shift: My First Bitcoin was moving from teaching students directly to training the educators who teach in their place. Our Phase 2 Impact Report shows what happened next, that shift started feeding itself.

The flywheel is turning exactly as designed: students become Bitcoiners, Bitcoiners become educators, educators build communities, and those communities produce the next generation. And for the first time, that cycle is sustaining itself.

Right now, it is spinning across 90+ communities in 40+ countries. 195+ active educators are leading cohorts. Together, they have reached 30K+ learners.

In June, the network's second Unconference brought 90+ educators from 25+ countries into one room in Prague: 21 ideas pitched from the floor, and Documentary Episode 2 filmed.

The report also covers the parts organizations do not always publish: a full breakdown of where every dollar goes, the funding gap still ahead of us, and what is next, from the @MyFirstBitcoin_ App to the third and fourth documentary episodes.

The question underneath all of it: what happens when you stop trying to build an organization, and start building people who can build without you?

Our team spent last week in Prague, and what a week it was.

The day after the Bitcoin Educators Unconference, we joined 10,000+ Bitcoiners at BTC Prague 2026, Europe's largest Bitcoin-only conference.

Our founder @jdennehy_writes was on the stage for a panel on "Proof of Knowledge: The Intellectual Capital of the Future" , a conversation that sits right at the heart of what we do every day.

Grateful for the connections made, the ideas exchanged, and the reminder that this community is building something that actually matters.
