BREAKING: Simon Ekpa Defends Himself as Non-Violent Agitator in Finnish Appeal Hearing
https://t.co/HFlKFwJQnx
Simon Ekpa, the self-proclaimed leader of the Biafra Republic Government in Exile, appeared before the Eastern Finland Court of Appeal on Monday as he fights to overturn his six-year prison sentence for ter#####-related offences.
In court, Ekpa described himself as a non-violent agitator and content creator who uses social media to peacefully advocate for Biafran self-determination. He insisted he has never ordered anyone to engage in vi0len#e and characterised his group as a peaceful freedom movement.
The hearing is part of his ongoing appeal against the September 2025 conviction by the Päijät-Häme District Court, which found him guilty of participating in a ter##### organisation and publicly inciting cr#m$s linked to unrest in South-East Nigeria. Prosecutors are seeking a h#rsher sentence while the defence continues to reject any connection to vi0len#e.
Proceedings continue this week, with a final ruling expected later in the autumn. Ekpa remains in detention.
Biafrans, I want to clarify a specific point regarding the public debate about the effectiveness of subtle, foundational efforts or underground activities in this Biafra movement compared to prominent public commentary platforms, which are prevalent in many socio-political movements, where participants typically possess strong opinions on which approach produces the most significant impact or results.
The Biafra struggle encompasses a diverse group of individuals who utilize various approaches, such as social media activism, diplomatic negotiations, and grassroots or covert organizing. Every method serves a unique function in how the movement conveys its message and organizes its actions.
Operating discreetly or behind the scenes in this Biafra struggle frequently yields tangible outcomes, as after many years, social media activity tends to create a lot of commotion, whereas most underground and behind-the-scenes efforts foster consistent advancement for this global movement advocating for Biafran restoration .
However, the DOS capacity to protect their strategies from adversaries is one of the most significant tactical decisions that has sustained this struggle . Precisely, Underground efforts direct our energy toward tangible tasks rather than so much talk and argument on social media .
Underground strategies shields individuals from premature exposure to the enemies and fosters deep trust among team members.
Making some social media Posts can alert the enemies of the Biafra struggle too soon. Majority of all these Online arguments rarely change real conditions on the ground or make any positive difference for the Biafra struggle, also all the likes and shares people claim to have when they make certain post do not equal true power or freedom for Biafrans .

EKPA AND SHOCK OF TODAY 18TH AUGUST
Yesterday I did informed through satire the minions and their newfound lovers aka Autopilots what today holds for them, as usual rather to be worried over the short message, they resolved to pour insults on me as if the world revolves around insults. Funny enough, the comedians in Finland's appeal court premises, have outrighly refused to make noise about today's shocks. Kids would always engage in self-entertainment until they are hit with strokes of canes.
Today in the ongoing appeal case of Ekpa, IPOB as usual was invited to testify and tell the court what she knows about Ekpa’s alleged membership and his activities in Biafraland.
Remember IPOB is officially registered in Finland and is under coordinatorship of the Directorate of State headed by Chika Edoziem. So she was officially written to by the Court and preconditions were laid to the court prior to IPOB’s witnesses' arrival.
Ekpa sighting them in the courtroom, felt humbled and switched to soft quick relationship search which of course failed as the movement delegates were strictly for court business not unholy smiles from a killer of our people. After the court, Ekpa couldn't believe what he saw as he got more convinced that he is in a long ride with a movement that is not neither emotional nor rhetoric-driven.
While speaking with his fellow autopilots after today's court activity of today, he warned his guests not to “ask for the names of the IPOB witnesses nor use derogatory languages on them”. He further stated that it was “them that jailed me”. What baffles me is why the Sokoto minions who are newfound allies of the pillager, refused to go stop IPOB testimonies today. Are their support only online? The best time the Sokoto power would have helped Ekpa, would have been today but rather to physically doing so, they chose to be online writing support messages just as that of Nnaemeka Ejiofor.
Ekpa needed your help today but like Baal, the Sokoto power failed him despite earlier assurances that “it is them that will appear to witness for him not the DOS”. Those fake promises and hopes were deflated today and of course Ekpa has learnt the difference between Sokoto noisy Power and the DOS underground work Power. Him advising his followers not to insult or talk anyhow to the DOS delegates, shows he has lately realised what noiselessness means !
Whatever is the reason there is quiet and silence tonight over today's proceedings, is unconnected to the predicted shocks I hinted at yesterday. Ekpa has warned them not to abuse IPOB nor her witness as according to him, it was them who jailed him. While you make your noises 🔊, pray not to be associated to anything that took the lives of our people, because YOU MUST PAY! Either as one of us or an outsider…
From your dearest
Chika Austine

𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗦𝗜𝗟𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗥𝗘𝗩𝗢𝗟𝗨𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 : 𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗜𝗣𝗢𝗕'𝘀 𝗔𝗚𝗥𝗜𝗖𝗨𝗟𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗔𝗟 𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡
The IPOB agro program has nothing to do with what infiltrators associate it with, and it cannot be bastardized with nonsense statements. They think money, DOS think 𝗡𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹
and in truth this is something bigger than just food and business. I'm writing this to debunk that destructive statement "𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲" a statement meant to mock & discourage Biafrans from understanding the mission behind IPOB farming project.
The project is really about building a parallel nation inside the current one. Money and food are just the tools; the real goal is power, legitimacy, and self-determination — without firing a shot.
That's why governments around the world are often more nervous when freedom movements like IPOB run farm projects than when they protest, make your research. Protests are loud for a day, but farms create a new economy for a generation. When a freedom movement engages in farming, it sends a powerful message to the state, because it restores the people's identity and dignity. It reconnects people to the land, culture, and self-reliance. It's a rejection of dependency and the "𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆" .Any form of sabotage against this idea must be matched with heavy consequences
Biafrans are fortunate. Everything unfolding in the world right now is teaching us something about our struggle — our past, present, and future are all being illuminated by current geopolitical developments around the world. These are lessons that many indigenous freedom fighters before us spent twenty to thirty years trying to grasp. Nature is handing it to us in a fraction of that time. Only foools would fail to pay attention to this remarkable moment.
This period holds answers to nearly all our questions about geopolitics as they relate to our freedom movement. Look around the world and the news today, and you'll find clues to what's happening within IPOB and what to expect going forward. While the wise are paying attention, fools are busy with their mischief, thinking that noise and idiocy will make them relevant.
You see there's a reason FG failed after it has spent more than $5m on PR and media just to convince the global world that IPOB terrorize the land. Some of you think they failed mainly because of your posts and Facebook comments, NO , IPOB already has practical peaceful policies and economic programmes on ground even before now to defend itself against any terrorism tag from FG in the global stage and the world cannot overlook the superiority of their arguments.
This is one of the reasons suspending mnk who has continued to associate himself with crimiiinals is very much important for the survival of this struggle
The evidence that DOS is paying close attention to both history and current geopolitical developments around the world is not hidden. While the ignoramuses think the prime target of IPOB's farm project is money, IPOB is achieving far greater aim , while they think MNK suspension as IPOB is borne out of hate and desire for power and control, IPOB is stamping a different narrative necessary for this struggle and we must continue to stand by DOS until final victory is assured.

‼️He literally confirmed everything @MikeArnoldTruth said about the Biafran war and added a shocking extra - calling the British Foreign Secretary who oversaw the Biafran genocide "a mass murderer comparable to Adolf Hitler."
Got to watch this to the end.
The guy who deceived some of you into not being scared when called a terrorist is now battling to save himself in a Finnish court from being tagged as a terrorist.
I will borrow your usual phrase: “What you don’t know is bigger than you.”
Thank God there are many reasonable people in our struggle; if not, they would have buried IPOB with WOTOWOTO.

BREAKING: Israeli Minister Calls War with Syria an “Absolute Certainty”
Israeli Diaspora Affairs Minister Amichai Chikli, a Likud official, has stated that a military confrontation with Syria is inevitable, describing the country as “Gaza on steroids.”
“Syria is Gaza on steroids, and that is the next war, with absolute certainty. There is no avoiding it,” Chikli said in recent remarks.
The comments, which reiterate his earlier warnings about the Syrian regime, come amid ongoing regional tensions.
“Alive After 5 Years in Hell”: How DSS Arrested Innocent Igbo Woman in Onitsha and Buried Her Alive in Wawa Military Detention
In a heartbreaking scene that has once again exposed the dark underbelly of Nigeria’s security apparatus, Onyeaka Ozioma Elizabeth, an Igbo woman from Anambra State, was spotted trembling in the premises of the Federal High Court, Abuja, after more than five years and three months of secret detention.
According to Barrister Nnaemeka, who encountered her at the court, Ozioma was arrested by operatives of the Department of State Services (DSS) at 33 Onitsha, Anambra State, over five years ago. Without any formal charge explained to her family, without access to a lawyer, and without a single phone call home, she was whisked away and dumped in the notorious Wawa Military Detention Centre in Kainji, Niger State a place far removed from everything she has ever known.
When Barr. Nnaemeka contacted the phone number Ozioma managed to provide, her own sister could not believe she was still alive. It took a video of Ozioma’s haunted face for the family to accept that the woman they had long mourned as dead had been kept in military custody all these years.
“See the fear written all over her face,” Barr. Nnaemeka said. “Brought from Anambra to Kainji, then to Abuja, towns and cities she has never been to in her life to face a trial she does not understand. What manner of justice can come from such illegal and dehumanizing detention?”
Ozioma’s ordeal is not an isolated tragedy. It fits into a disturbing pattern in which Nigerian security agencies particularly the DSS and military have repeatedly arrested ordinary Igbo citizens, often on vague or unproven allegations of “Biafran sympathy,” and thrown them into distant military facilities without due process.
Wawa Military Detention Centre in Kainji has become synonymous with prolonged, incommunicado detention. Families are left in agonising uncertainty for years. Lawyers are denied access. Courts are only approached after the damage has already been done.
No citizen has ever been dragged across the country and locked away for years simply for identifying as Oduduwa or Arewa. Yet for many Igbos, merely being from the South-East appears enough to justify secret arrests and indefinite captivity.
While the fight against genuine security threats is legitimate, the methods currently employed by Nigerian security agencies are self-defeating and unconstitutional.
1. Prolonged detention without charge or access to lawyers violates the Nigerian Constitution and international human rights standards.
Holding anyone especially civilians with no proven violent record for over five years in a military facility without family contact is not “security.” It is state sponsored cruelty.
2. Transporting an Anambra woman to a remote military camp in Niger State serves no investigative purpose. It is designed to break the spirit, isolate the detainee, and intimidate the community.
When security agencies appear to treat Igbo identity itself as a crime, they fuel the very resentment and alienation they claim to be fighting. Selective justice is no justice at all.
Ozioma’s haunted face should haunt the conscience of every security official and policymaker in this country. A nation that disappears its own citizens for years and then suddenly produces them in court like forgotten cargo has lost the moral authority to speak of justice.
Nigeria cannot continue to treat innocent Igbo citizens as disposable. The rule of law must apply equally or it applies to no one.

BBC not only promoting Islamic morality police here, but ignoring the real news of this mass wedding that is causing an uproar in Nigeria 🇳🇬, where a top Sheikh called Christians “infidels,” promoted Muslim dominance over Christians & the governor of Kano laughed.
Disgraceful.
The European Union will reportedly not deploy a full election observation mission for Nigeria’s 2027 general election.
The move would break a more than two-decade pattern of EU missions monitoring elections in Africa’s most populous country.
The EU reportedly cited worsening insecurity and hostile treatment following its critical assessment of Nigeria’s 2023 elections.
The development comes after the bloc warned last year that Nigeria was running out of time to implement reforms needed to strengthen confidence in the 2027 vote.

Excerpts from Mazi Chinasa Nworu’s Broadcast — August 8, 2026
As Compiled By Family Writers Press International
1. Good evening, Biafrans. My name is Maazị Chinasa Nworu. I come from Obingwa, Aba Province of Abia State, and I serve the Indigenous People of Biafra in the Directorate of State (DOS).
2. Before we continue this program, despite the fact that the DOS has taken this new IPOB oath and pledge, I would like to take it again. (He then goes on to take it.)
3. (Question): What is the inspiration behind this oath?
Answer: In every organization, there must be room for amendment and improvement. The former oath did not go well with people because it places a curse on their families and generations.
• Simon Ekpa found that loophole in the oath and refused to take it.
4. (Question): Are we saying that the abolition of this oath marks the beginning of the rebuilding of IPOB?
Answer: What we did is not new in organizations. But in one way, it reinforces the IPOB movement. If anyone goes against the struggle, the consequences of that should be solely on the person and should not be transferred to the family. That's one of the main reasons.
5. (Question): We have seen how every crime committed in the East is tagged on IPOB. What are the dangers, Maazị?
Answer: The dangers are that it marks the true causes of the regional void. Their plan is to have IPOB/ESN destroyed. They want to use it to scare people away from supporting IPOB/ESN.
6. The Igbo governors know how to get to IPOB, but they don't. There was a time when certain people met a former governor of Enugu State and collected money in the guise of IPOB, with the promise that they would end insecurity. After collecting the money, they never ended the insecurity.
7. We started the IPOB family here in Kuwait in 2014.
8. If the Fulani terrorists attack your community, if your vigilantes can handle it and keep their mouths shut, then it is fine because, at the end, the Fulani terrorists will regroup and launch another attack.
9. The Eastern Security Network (ESN) is the only security outfit in Igboland that the Fulani terrorists will hear its name and continue running away.
10. If you see anywhere the Fulani herdsmen are camping, they have a connection and someone whom they are paying.
11. What the Enugu Forest Guards are doing is that they told the Fulani terrorists in the State that they should not touch people in the area, but they can cross to Anambra State and do whatever criminal acts they want to do and come back.
12. If you are a Fulani pastoralist, be visible to people and don't engage in criminal acts. If you live in the bush or support your criminal brothers in the bush, ESN will get you.
13. (Question): Maazị, there have been these regular falsehoods against the DOS and blackmails against you, but you have been totally silent. Anyway, how many are you going to debunk?
Answer: To set the record straight will involve calling out some names. Everyone knows about the IPOB Agricultural Initiative we began some years back. Under the authority vested in me as a member of the DOS, we declare Chuks Egwuatụ WANTED.
Egwuatụ Chuks was entrusted with an IPOB rice farm worth more than 20 tons after harvest. The DOS sent money to Egwuatụ Chuks to harvest and store the rice so that, at the due time, the rice will be processed and distributed to our people (widows) in Biafraland. Egwuatụ Chuks till today never accounted for the rice. And he is on the run. But we know where he is hiding.
When all these things were happening, Chuks Egwuatụ met Benjamin Madubugwu and joined the Sokoto group, thinking that they would save him. We are giving him from now until September 2026 to redeem the over 20 tons of rice to the IPOB leadership.
Secondly, Maazị, Biafra made me. Nnamdi Kanu never made me. Nnamdi Kanu did not bring me abroad, and he has never given me one dollar before.
Around 2014–2015, we secured millions of MTN SIM cards in Nigeria, sending messages across to aid Nnamdi Kanu's broadcast. All these falsehoods you are seeing today are coming from the person we have dedicated our time and money to defend and protect.
People are saying, "Allow him to come out first before talking about him." He is in prison, but the prison did not stop him from doing anything. He is living fine there. Everything he is doing is intentional. The Nigerian government is no longer his enemy. The Fulani who kept him in Sokoto prison are no longer his enemies. It is the DOS who are his enemies.
14. Most of Nnamdi Kanu's instructions to the DOS are, "Give this person so-and-so amount of money." There was a day he told the DOS to give 10,000 US dollars to Benjamin Madubugwu to take care of his children's school fees.
Maazị, this blackmail against me, many of them are already paying the price, and many more will still pay.
15. They say I own a hotel in Ebonyi State, and I said, "Okay, I own it." Let them go and lodge there free of charge. I have given them the order.
16. All these blackmails are coming from Nnamdi Kanu.
17. In 2025, through Nnamdi Kanu's wife, I spoke to Nnamdi Kanu while he was in DSS custody. He asked me about the IPOB Germany account. He told me to do something, which I agreed to, but I asked him to give me more time because I don't live in Germany.
18. I also asked him if he knew that his siblings were making incantations against Chinasa Nworu and the DOS in his father's compound at Afara Ukwu. He replied, asking what evidence I had.
19. Nnamdi Kanu's private lifestyle is the setback affecting this struggle today.
20. Anyone who knows Nnamdi Kanu should tell him to stop threatening to kill Chinasa Nworu or any member of the DOS. Abụ m nwa Aba. I was born and brought up in Aba.
21. If Nnamdi Kanu blackmailed Peter Obi, blackmailed his own wife, and blackmailed our politicians, then who is Chinasa Nworu that he will not blackmail?
22. We are in full force to institutionalize this movement so that, if we grow old and can no longer continue, the struggle will not die. It has to continue.
23. It was Dave Umahi who handed Simon Ekpa to Nnamdi Kanu because he wanted his own person to become part of IPOB. Nnamdi Kanu agreed to that.
24. On many occasions, Nnamdi Kanu had ordered Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor to announce that he had sacked the DOS, but Ejiofor said no, that he was not part of the organization and, therefore, it was not within his power to do so.
25. The IPOB Code of Conduct was written by the DOS. So, the DOS has the right to amend it as well.
26. Yes, Nnamdi Kanu was in Kuje when I became a member of the DOS. He might have suggested me; I won't deny that fact. However, it was Mazi Chika Edoziem and some other members of the then DOS who interviewed me for hours, and when they found me worthy, they brought me in. Nnamdi Kanu might have suggested me, but Chika Edoziem brought me in after due process.
27. We want to be practical in this movement because that's how institutions work. If IPOB is institutionalized, those who have been in jail for this struggle will be rewarded. Their reward should not have to wait until Biafra comes.
28. Did you know that we have presented Mazi Chika Edoziem to many government bodies in the same way we presented Mazi Nnamdi Kanu? We have done that. So, if anyone writes a letter saying another thing, and IPOB, through Mazi Chika Edoziem, also writes, those people's letters will be trashed by the government they wrote to.
29. (Question): Mazi, people are saying that you are an enemy of Israel. Are you an enemy of Israel?
Answer: In simple terms, I am not an enemy of Israel. Securing asylum for our people in foreign countries is one of our objectives because it is part of the recognition we are seeking. But in Israel, our coordinator was deported.
30. Nnamdi Kanu had an apartment in Israel, which was being paid for with IPOB money. After he left Israel in 2019, Nnennaya Anya was paying the rent. Later, she stopped paying. In 2024, they called me and said that we had to pay for the apartment, and I said no, that we were not going to pay for it because Nnamdi Kanu was no longer living in Israel.
31. Israel recognized Somaliland, and that's because Somaliland conducts elections for itself. IPOB and Biafra have not gotten to that point because, in Biafraland, we have not started having elections of our own to warrant the kind of recognition Somaliland got from Israel.
32. If Nnamdi Kanu likes, let him pay people to blackmail and bring down Chinasa Nworu and the DOS. The people will collect the money, squander it, and will still not achieve anything.

U.S. Senate Passes Lindsey O. Graham Sanctioning Russia and Iran Act
The U.S. Senate on Friday, August 7, 2026, passed the bipartisan Lindsey O. Graham Sanctioning Russia and Iran Act by a vote of 86-11.
The measure now heads to the House of Representatives, which returns after the August recess.
Named in honor of the late Sen. Lindsey Graham, the legislation includes authority for the President to impose targeted tariffs of up to 100% on imports from the five largest buyers of Russian crude oil or natural gas. It also imposes primary sanctions on Russian leadership, banks, state energy projects, and the shadow fleet, along with tariffs of up to 500% on direct Russian imports.
In addition, the bill renews the 1996 Iran Sanctions Act through 2031 to maintain restrictions on Iran’s energy and arms sectors.
The package advanced earlier on a procedural vote before clearing final passage with broad bipartisan support.
