Shocking - as argued in my book Manifesto, we need to re-purpose these huge sums of money, bit by bit over the next 2-5 years, moving them from fossil fuels to renewables. We need to find no new money this way, just use the money we already spend on a better outcome.

And remember, we get twice as much GDP growth and 2.5 times as many jobs for every £ we spend on green energy compared to brown (fossils). It really is a plan with no downsides - unless you have shares in fossil companies or family contracts with them, Rishi Sunak …..! #EndFossilFuels
