@AmazonUK - just had the worst ever customer service experience in more than 20 years of being a customer. Ridiculous response to a delivery problem I have ring footage of the issue Ordered from another supplier, and will look to do the same in future. Incredibly disappointed

@HiveHelper - was advised to delete and resinstall app - now when I login it get "oops - something went wrong" and the app does not recognise my setup - prompting me to setup the hub again- which fails - original problem was app asking me for username and password every day

@wbuxtonofficial Sure. Mot does catch unsafe stuff, but, I for one don’t assume that just because an mot tester has said “yeah fine” that a vehicle is safe. They say themselves it’s about the time of the test, not a day afterwards. So would making it 18 months or 2 years really change that ?

@lloydsbank can you explain why you decline a transaction that has gone through card verification, from a retailer I use regularly, when there are sufficient funds. resulting in a cancelled order. What's the point of verification if you are going to randomly decline it. ?
