NAPA supports Punjab Computer Teachers and other employees demand , Urges to accept genuine demands

August 30,2026-The North American Punjabi Association (NAPA) extends its support and solidarity to Punjab Computer Teachers and other government employees who are struggling for the resolution of their long-pending demands.

NAPA Executive Director Satnam Singh Chahal said that employees who have spent years serving Punjab and its people should not be forced to repeatedly take to the streets simply to make the Government listen to their concerns.

“The Government may have financial, legal or administrative limitations, but those limitations cannot become an excuse for keeping employees in uncertainty indefinitely. If a demand is genuine and legally permissible, it should be accepted. If there is a legal or financial difficulty, the Government should sit with the employees and find a workable solution,” Chahal said.

NAPA particularly recognizes the contribution of Computer Teachers, who have helped introduce and expand computer education among Punjab's students. At a time when the Government speaks continuously about digital Punjab, artificial intelligence, technology and modern education, the people responsible for imparting computer education should not be left struggling with insecurity about their own service conditions.

The NAPA Executive Director said that the present situation requires political and administrative maturity rather than confrontation.

“Employees are not enemies of the Government. They are part of the Government's own machinery. When teachers and employees protest, the Government should first listen to them rather than simply treating their agitation as a law-and-order problem,” he said.

NAPA also appeals to the Punjab Governor to use his constitutional position to encourage the State Government to resolve the matter peacefully and fairly. The Chief Minister should personally review the demands of Computer Teachers and other agitating employees and initiate a structured dialogue with their representatives.

At the same time, NAPA believes that any settlement must be legally sustainable, financially responsible and fair to the Punjab exchequer. Punjab is already facing serious financial pressures, and therefore promises should not be made merely to end an agitation. What employees need is not another temporary assurance or another committee whose report remains pending for years, but a clear, written and time-bound roadmap.

Chahal said that Punjab has witnessed too many examples where employees are first assured that their problems will be solved and are later forced to restart their agitation because the assurances were never implemented.

“Government employees should not have to spend years moving from protest site to protest site, delegation to delegation and meeting to meeting. Their families also suffer. Their children suffer. Their mental peace suffers. The Government has a responsibility to end this cycle,” he said.

NAPA urges the Punjab Government to immediately call a meeting with representatives of Computer Teachers and other affected employee organizations and place every demand on the table. Each issue should be examined separately and decisions should be taken within a clearly announced timeframe.

If a demand is legally justified and financially feasible, accept it without further delay. If it requires phased implementation, announce a proper schedule. If a demand cannot legally be accepted, explain the reasons transparently and offer an alternative wherever possible.

“Running a government is not merely about making announcements. It is also about listening to those who keep the government functioning every day. A government earns respect not when it defeats an employee protest, but when it resolves the underlying grievance,” Chahal added.

NAPA therefore appeals to the Punjab Government to adopt a ‘Dialogue First, Solution First’ approach and bring an end to the confrontation.

Punjab needs its teachers in classrooms, its employees at their desks and its administration functioning smoothly. The Government and employees must work together in the larger interest of Punjab.

NAPA calls upon the Punjab Government to accept the genuine demands of Computer Teachers and other employees wherever legally and financially justified and to provide a concrete, time-bound solution to the remaining issues.

पंजाब की सड़कों पर बहता कर्मचारियों का पसीना और पुलिस बैरिकेड्स के सामने खड़ी बेबस आंखें किसी भी जनहितैषी सरकार के माथे पर गंभीर सवालिया निशान हैं। एक तरफ सरकारी प्लेटफॉर्म से 'डिजिटल पंजाब' और 'स्मार्ट एजुकेशन' के बड़े-बड़े दावे किए जाते हैं, वहीं दूसरी तरफ इन दावों की नींव रखने वाले टीचर और कर्मचारी दशकों से अपने हक के लिए सड़कों पर अपनी जवानी बर्बाद करने को मजबूर हैं।

राज्य में कर्मचारी वर्ग लंबे समय से पॉलिसी नाइंसाफी का शिकार रहा है। कॉन्ट्रैक्ट सिस्टम और आउटसोर्सिंग के जरिए युवाओं के सस्ते लेबर का शोषण, कच्चे कर्मचारियों को पक्का करने का अधूरा प्रोसेस और बुढ़ापे का आर्थिक कवच कही जाने वाली पुरानी पेंशन (OPS) का खत्म होना हर कर्मचारी परिवार को असुरक्षा की भावना से भर रहा है। लेकिन इस पूरी लड़ाई में सबसे दुखद स्थिति कंप्यूटर टीचरों की है।

जब 2004-05 में पंजाब के स्कूलों में कंप्यूटर एजुकेशन शुरू हुई थी, तो हजारों हाई क्वालिफाइड युवाओं ने बड़े सपने लेकर नौकरी शुरू की थी। 2011 में सरकार ने इन्हें रेगुलर करने का नोटिफिकेशन जारी किया और सिविल सर्विस रूल्स लागू करने का ऐलान किया, लेकिन डेढ़ दशक बाद भी ये टीचर एजुकेशन डिपार्टमेंट में पूरी तरह मर्ज होने का इंतज़ार कर रहे हैं। स्कूलों का पूरा ऑनलाइन डेटा, एडमिशन मैनेजमेंट और डिजिटल एजुकेशन का बोझ उठाने के बावजूद, इन्हें 6th Pay Commission के फायदे और ACP जैसी बेसिक सुविधाओं से महरूम रखा गया है। सबसे दिल दहला देने वाली बात यह है कि पिछले कुछ सालों में सैकड़ों कंप्यूटर टीचर मेंटल स्ट्रेस और बीमारियों की वजह से गुज़र चुके हैं। समाज के अंडर होने की टेक्नोलॉजी की आड़ में अपने पीछे छोड़ गए परिवारों को न तो करुणा के आधार पर नौकरी मिली है और न ही कोई सोशल सिक्योरिटी। जब क्लासरूम में बच्चों को आत्म-सम्मान और आज़ादी सिखाने वाले टीचर को अपने जायज़ हक के लिए टैंक पर चढ़ना पड़े, तो यह सिर्फ़ कर्मचारियों की हार नहीं, बल्कि डेमोक्रेसी की अंतरात्मा की हार है। सरकारों को यह समझने की ज़रूरत है कि स्मार्ट स्कूल ईंट-पत्थर या कंप्यूटर से नहीं, बल्कि उन्हें चलाने वाले टीचरों की मानसिक शांति और आत्म-सम्मान से बनते हैं। आज के समय की असली ज़रूरत यह है कि कर्मचारियों को उनके हक और इज्ज़त दी जाए, न कि उनकी मांगों को सिर्फ़ खजाने पर बोझ समझा जाए।

ਬੇਹੱਦ ਦੁਖਦਾਈ ਖਬਰ ਹੈ... ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ, ਇੱਕ ਹੋਣਹਾਰ ਕੰਪਿਊਟਰ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਸੱਚੇ ਇਨਸਾਨ, ਦੀ ਵਿਛੜੀ ਰੂਹ ਲਈ ਦਿਲੋਂ ਸ਼ਰਧਾਂਜਲੀ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਉਹ ਮਿੱਠੀ ਮੁਸਕਰਾਹਟ, ਜੋ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਚਿਹਰੇ ਤੇ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਸੀ, ਅੱਜ ਵੀ ਸਾਡੇ ਚੇਤਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਕੀ ਅਸੀਂ ਕਦੇ ਸੋਚਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਮੁਸਕਰਾਹਟ ਦੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਇੱਕ ਕਿੰਨਾ ਵੱਡਾ ਦਰਦ, ਇੱਕ ਕਿੰਨਾ ਵੱਡਾ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਛੁਪਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ? ਉਹ ਸਿਰਫ ਇੱਕ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਨ, ਬਲਕਿ ਇੱਕ ਉਮੀਦ ਸੀ, ਇੱਕ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਸੀ, ਜਿਹੜਾ 2011 ਤੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਵਾਅਦਿਆਂ ਤੇ ਟਿਕਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਉਹ ਰੈਗੂਲਰ ਨਿਯੁਕਤੀ ਪੱਤਰ ਤਾਂ ਸੀ, ਪਰ ਕੀ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਦੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਬਣਦਾ ਹੱਕ ਮਿਲਿਆ?
​ਅਸੀਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੀ ਕਹੀਏ ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਵਾਅਦੇ ਤਾਂ ਵੱਡੇ-ਵੱਡੇ ਕਰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਪਰ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਮੁਕਰ ਜਾਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ? ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਚੁਣਾਵੀ ਘੋਸ਼ਣਾ ਪੱਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਵੱਡੇ ਵਾਅਦੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਸਨ। ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰ 15 ਸਤੰਬਰ 2022 ਨੂੰ, ਜਦੋਂ ਤਤਕਾਲੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਹਰਜੋਤ ਬੈਂਸ ਨੇ 'ਦੀਵਾਲੀ ਗਿਫਟ' ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ, ਤਾਂ ਕੀ ਪ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਰਗੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਮੀਦਾਂ ਦਾ ਦੀਵਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਗਿਆ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ? ਪਰ ਕੀ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਤਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਉਹ 'ਦੀਵਾਲੀ ਗਿਫਟ' ਵੀ ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਝੂਠਾ ਵਾਅਦਾ, ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਅਣਸੁਣਿਆ ਇਕਰਾਰਨਾਮਾ ਸਾਬਤ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ?
​ਕਿੰਨਾ ਦੁੱਖ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਇਹ ਸੋਚ ਕੇ ਕਿ ਇੱਕ ਹੋਣਹਾਰ ਇਨਸਾਨ, ਜੋ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੂਜਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਖੁਸ਼ ਰੱਖਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰਦਾ ਸੀ, ਆਪਣੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਦੇ ਕਿੰਨੇ ਸਾਲ ਇਸ ਹੱਕ ਲਈ ਲੜਦਾ-ਲੜਦਾ ਹੀ ਗੁਜ਼ਾਰ ਗਿਆ। ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਆਉਂਦੀਆਂ ਰਹੀਆਂ, ਜਾਂਦੀਆਂ ਰਹੀਆਂ, ਪਰ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਪੀੜ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੁਣੀ। ਇਹ ਇੱਕ ਇਨਸਾਨ ਦੀ ਹਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ, ਸਗੋਂ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਹਾਰ ਹੈ। ਪ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਆਤਮਾ ਅੱਜ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਸਵਾਲ ਪੁੱਛ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ: 'ਕੀ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਕਦੇ ਇਨਸਾਫ ਮਿਲੇਗਾ?' ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਵਿਛੜੀ ਰੂਹ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਚਰਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਿਵਾਸ ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ਣ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਅਸਹਿਣਯੋਗ ਦੁੱਖ ਨੂੰ ਸਹਿਣ ਦਾ ਬਲ ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ਣ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਇਹ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਅਸੀਂ ਕਦੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਭੁੱਲਾਂਗੇ।

ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡੀ ਆਲੋਚਨਾ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮ ਵਰਗ ਨਾਲ ਕੀਤੇ ਵਾਅਦਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਅਧੂਰੇ ਰਹਿਣ ਕਰਕੇ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਖਾਸ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਕੰਪਿਊਟਰ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਦਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਭਖਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਮਰਜ ਹੋਣ ਅਤੇ ਛੇਵਾਂ ਪੇਅ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਲੰਮੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਉਡੀਕ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਕੰਪਿਊਟਰ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਸਮੇਤ ਹਜ਼ਾਰਾਂ ਹੋਰ ਕੱਚੇ ਅਤੇ ਆਊਟਸੋਰਸ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਬਣਨ 'ਤੇ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਪੱਕਾ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ, ਅੱਜ ਵੀ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਹੱਕੀ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਲਈ ਟੈਂਕੀਆਂ 'ਤੇ ਚੜ੍ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦੀ ਰਿਹਾਇਸ਼ ਬਾਹਰ ਪੱਕੇ ਧਰਨੇ ਲਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਮਜਬੂਰ ਹਨ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਕਈ ਵਾਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੀਟਿੰਗਾਂ ਰੱਦ ਹੋਣ ਅਤੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੀ ਸਖ਼ਤੀ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਵੀ ਕਰਨਾ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਇਸ ਭਾਰੀ ਨਿਰਾਸ਼ਾ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੀ ਵਿਗੜਦੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਵਿਵਸਥਾ, ਖਜ਼ਾਨੇ 'ਤੇ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਵੱਧ ਰਹੇ ਕਰਜ਼ੇ ਦੇ ਬੋਝ, ਅਤੇ ਜ਼ਮੀਨੀ ਪੱਧਰ 'ਤੇ ਨਸ਼ੇ (ਚਿੱਟੇ) ਦੇ ਨਾ ਮੁੱਕਣ ਵਰਗੇ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਮੁੱਦਿਆਂ 'ਤੇ ਵੀ ਆਮ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਤਿੱਖੇ ਸਵਾਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਪੈ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਇਹ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਬਣ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਚੋਣ ਵਾਅਦਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ 'ਤੇ ਉਤਾਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਾਕਾਮ ਸਾਬਤ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।

ਸਾਰੇ ਵਾਅਦੇ ਪੂਰੇ ਤਾਂ ਬੇਸ਼ੱਕ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਪੂਰੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੇ ਸਨ ਪਰ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਤਾਂ ਅਪਣੇ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੀਤੇ ਵਾਅਦਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਉਲਟ ਭੁਗਤਿਆ

ਸੇਵਾ ਦਾ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸਘਾਤ — ਇੱਕ ਦਿਲ ਤੋੜ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਕਹਾਣੀ

15 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਪੂਰੀ ਇਮਾਨਦਾਰੀ, ਲਗਨ ਤੇ ਚੁੱਪਚਾਪ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਜਦੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਕੰਪਿਊਟਰ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਸੇਵਾਮੁਕਤ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਉਸਦੇ ਹੱਥ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਨਮਾਨ ਜਾਂ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ, ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਖਾਲੀਪਣ ਰਹਿ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਨਾ ਕੋਈ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ, ਨਾ ਗ੍ਰੈਚੁਟੀ, ਨਾ ਹੀ ਉਹ ਮੁੱਢਲੇ ਹੱਕ ਜੋ ਇੱਕ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਦੀ ਆਖਰੀ ਪੜਾਅ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਬਣਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਜਿਸ ਨਿਯੁਕਤੀ ਪੱਤਰ ਨੇ ਕਦੇ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਉਸਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਿਵਲ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਹੇਠ ਆਵੇਗੀ, ਉਹੀ ਕਾਗਜ਼ ਅੱਜ ਇੱਕ ਟੁੱਟੇ ਵਾਅਦੇ ਦੀ ਯਾਦ ਬਣ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਉਲੰਘਣਾ ਨਹੀਂ — ਇਹ ਭਰੋਸੇ ਦੀ ਹੱਤਿਆ ਹੈ।

ਇਹ ਕਹਾਣੀ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਇੱਕ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਦੀ ਨਹੀਂ, ਇਹ ਉਸ ਹਰ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਦੀ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਹੈ ਜਿਸਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੁਪਨੇ, ਆਪਣੀ ਜਵਾਨੀ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਸਿਸਟਮ ਨੂੰ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਜਦੋਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਲਈ ਹੱਥ ਫੈਲਾਉਣ ‘ਤੇ ਮਜਬੂਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇ, ਤਾਂ ਇਹ ਸਮਾਜ ਲਈ ਸ਼ਰਮ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਹੈ। “ਇੱਕ ਪੈਸਾ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ” — ਇਹ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਘਾਟ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੱਸਦੇ, ਇਹ ਇੱਕ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੀ ਇਜ਼ਤ ਨੂੰ ਟੁੱਟਣ ਦੀ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਹਨ।

ਇਹ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਦੀ ਗਲਤੀ ਨਹੀਂ, ਇਹ ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਅਹਿਸਾਸਾਂ ਦੀ ਨਾਕਾਮੀ ਹੈ। ਜਦੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਆਪਣੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਦੇ ਸੋਹਣੇ ਸਾਲ ਕਲਾਸਰੂਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਿਤਾ ਦੇਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਉਸਦੀ ਸੇਵਾਮੁਕਤੀ ‘ਤੇ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲਦੀ, ਸਗੋਂ ਅਣਦੇਖੀ ਮਿਲਦੀ ਹੈ — ਇਹ ਇੱਕ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਖਾਮੋਸ਼ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਵਰਗਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਉਸਦੀ ਮਿਹਨਤ ਦਾ ਮਜ਼ਾਕ ਹੈ, ਉਸਦੇ ਯਕੀਨ ਦਾ ਅੰਤ ਹੈ।

ਰਾਜ, ਜੋ ਇੱਕ “ਮਾਡਲ ” ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਸੀ, ਅੱਜ ਆਪਣੇ ਹੀ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਭਰੋਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਤੋੜ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਹਾਲਤ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਦੀ ਨਹੀਂ, ਇਹ ਪੂਰੇ ਸਿਸਟਮ ‘ਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਕਾਲਾ ਦਾਗ ਹੈ। ਜਦੋਂ ਵਾਅਦੇ ਕਾਗਜ਼ਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਸੀਮਿਤ ਰਹਿ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਹਕੀਕਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਟੁੱਟ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਤਾਂ ਇਹ ਸਾਬਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਿਸਟਮ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਕੰਮ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ — ਇਨਸਾਨ ਨਹੀਂ।

"डबल स्टैंडर्ड" सोच
पंजाब में कंप्यूटर टीचर सालों से एजुकेशन डिपार्टमेंट में रेगुलर कर्मचारियों के तौर पर मर्ज होने की मांग कर रहे हैं। "सरकारी" टीचर होने के बावजूद, उन्हें अक्सर लगता है कि उन्हें दूसरे रेगुलर कैडर के पूरे फायदे और पे स्केल नहीं मिलते। "डबल स्टैंडर्ड" सोच: जब कोई पार्टी लीडर यह सुझाव देता है कि प्राइवेट कंपनियों को हर 90 दिन में सैलरी बढ़ानी चाहिए, तो इससे कहानी में तालमेल नहीं बैठता, जबकि उनके अपने राज्य के टीचर 6th Pay Commission के फ़ायदे या परमानेंट स्टेटस लागू होने का बहुत लंबे समय से इंतज़ार कर रहे हैं।
कॉन्ट्रैक्ट में रुकावट: इनमें से कई टीचरों का तर्क है कि महंगाई उन पर भी उतनी ही भारी पड़ती है, लेकिन उनका पे स्ट्रक्चर उस "इन्फ्लेशन-इंडेक्स्ड" मॉडल की तुलना में सख़्त बना हुआ है जिसे चड्ढा पार्लियामेंट में पेश कर रहे हैं।

कल ऐतिहासिक राष्ट्रव्यापी हड़ताल: हक और न्याय की ललकार!
कल का दिन भारत के लोकतांत्रिक इतिहास में एक महत्वपूर्ण मोड़ साबित होने जा रहा है। देश की केंद्रीय ट्रेड यूनियनों, फेडरेशनों, किसान और मजदूर संगठनों ने एकजुट होकर 'देशव्यापी हड़ताल' का आह्वान किया है। यह केवल एक प्रदर्शन नहीं, बल्कि देश के अन्नदाताओं और श्रमजीवियों के स्वाभिमान की गूँज है।
क्यों हो रहा है यह बड़ा आंदोलन?
इस आंदोलन की नींव उन जायज मांगों पर टिकी है, जिन्हें लंबे समय से अनदेखा किया गया है। प्रमुख मांगों में शामिल हैं:
* श्रम कानूनों की रक्षा: केंद्र द्वारा लाए गए 4 लेबर कोड को रद्द करने की मांग, ताकि श्रमिकों के अधिकारों का हनन न हो।
* किसानों का हित: बिजली संशोधन बिल 2025 और बीज बिल 2025 को वापस लेने की अपील।
* सार्वजनिक संपदा की सुरक्षा: सरकारी संस्थानों को कॉर्पोरेट घरानों को बेचने की प्रक्रिया (निजीकरण) पर रोक लगाना।
* रोजगार और स्थायित्व: ठेकेदारी प्रथा को खत्म कर खाली पड़े सरकारी पदों पर स्थायी भर्ती करना और मनरेगा को पुराने स्वरूप में बहाल करना।
एकता ही हमारी शक्ति है
"मजदूर-किसान-मुलाजिम एकता जिंदाबाद" के नारे के साथ, यह आंदोलन दर्शा रहा है कि जब खेत की मिट्टी और कारखाने का लोहा एक साथ मिलते हैं, तो सत्ता को सुनना ही पड़ता है। करीब 30 करोड़ लोगों की भागीदारी का अनुमान इस बात का प्रमाण है कि आम जनमानस अब अपने हक के लिए सड़कों पर उतरने को तैयार है।
यह लड़ाई केवल आज की नहीं, बल्कि आने वाली पीढ़ियों के सुरक्षित भविष्य और आर्थिक न्याय की है। कल का सूरज एक नए संघर्ष और अटूट एकता का गवाह बनेगा।
