A great publication showing high success and low complication rates using an average of 14.3g of Contact Force in 321 Pediatric patients.🥳#EPeeps#EPeds

S.L.A.M. = Slow (pathway) Late Activation Mapping. This AVNRT case was mapped with #HDGrid on #EnsiteX using the new SLAM technique. HD Grid + OT allowed us to see some gorgeous🤩 slow pathway potentials giving us a clear ablation target! @JohnSummers_MD @AbbottCardio#Epeeps
Fidelity of HD grid signals is impressive. Here is a TAPVR (repair: baffle to single RSPV) patient with both fib and flutter. After PVI rhythm organized to flutter, the entire CL on the grid on lat MA. Termination during ablation! Thanks to mapping help @sarahwhittam11
EPeeps – I’m excited to share that you can now access support from our #AbbottEP team whenever you need it, even mid-case. Learn how EnSite Connected Care can improve outcomes in your #EPLab: https://t.co/cyDT2YrjDU

Ablation of #Mahaim AP. 6yo Pt. Brought in for successful treatment of WPW, after which a Mahaim AP was diagnosed, assessed, located, and successfully ablated on the first burn. #EPeds@brandon_mukai
Another exciting publication for #EPeds! Advisor HD Grid is “safe and effective in the pediatric and congenital heart disease population”

So excited to see this publication hot off the press! “HD grid catheter is safe to use in children & CHD patients and not associated with higher complication rates” 🙌🏻 #EPeds#EPeeps@SusanEtheridg12 https://t.co/2WVfLZoQPw
#EPeeps had a very fine day with #EnSiteX#HDGrid and #OT mapping slow pathway prior to #AVNRT ablation this week.
Observed nice slow junctionals with RFA at site of collision. Non-inducible post-ablation.

I love having the opportunity to segment CT scans on #ACHD patients. Helps so much with building a better understanding of complex repairs and anatomy @PedsCHD_EP
Congenital 2 y/o pt with atriotomy scar from a ventricular septal defect repair. Initially induced Typical AFL that terminated during RF abl where the intrinsic line of block discontinued. Post-testing induced an EAT from the RAA that terminated during first burn! #EPeds#TCSE
Neonatal Atrial Flutter in a patient with 20 days old and 3 Kg. Arrhythmia refractory to cardioversion and amiodarone.
We were able to map and ablate the Flutter with EnSite Precision and a Therapy 5 Fr catheter. https://t.co/Wsh8UTXIUU
Congenital pt arrived in AFL. No CS access? No atrial reference? No problem This 18k point map was collected by @DrFredHan1 with #HDG and a P Wave atrial reference. Only on #ensite Transbaffle puncture to catheter pull: 1 hr 15 min.
