Found a big charity bookshop where every book is £1.
Picked up these 4 and a V shaped 'book pillow' to reat them on while I am reading.

@TSB Any chance of getting help sorting out my how to pay my Nan's care home? Branch said she needs to go in in person. She can't, she is bed bound. Can't get through to your customer services and a POA will take 10 weeks. So she is stuck in limbo in a hospital that want her out.

@tsb Oh and when we called your head office as we couldn't get through they very unhelpfully gave us the tel no for Lloyds customer services. So someone might what to let your head office know that TSB is no longer part of Lloyds as they clearly aren't aware.

@TSB Got through and was told nothing they can do she has to go to branch. So are we going to have to get an ambulance to wheel her there in her hospital bed then?? Asked to log a complaint, got told they would transfer me to the complaints team and then they hung up on me!
