We do this because we have to fit 4 total groups in and be done with all groups before 11 am. A lot of them also work in the summer. Always thought this was normal. Is it not?
@DillonMartinez Good post Coach. Yeah this is when the cue “stay low” doesn’t work. Needs more extension of the back hip and knee up / toe up on the front leg. Wall drills and sled pushes would be almost an instant fix.
