Great preaching can never replace faithful shepherding.
The pulpit matters. But so do hospital visits, counseling conversations, prayers, and ordinary moments spent caring for God's people.

The cynical person lives life miserably, determined to criticize everything.
The sentimental person lives the life of folly because they won’t criticize anything.
Christians are called to be neither cynical nor sentimental, but grateful, not because the world is perfect, but because we know it will be.
- Daniel Darling
