NEW: Georgia Election Board dumbfounded after finding out that 3,000 ballots were scanned twice in the 2020 election recount in Fulton County.

The board also revealed that 380,761 ballot images from machine count were “not available.”

Q: Does Fulton County know why there are not 380,761 ballot images from election day?

A: As with the investigators we have not been apprised of this allegation. This is the first I'm hearing about it.

General counsel for the secretary of state’s office Charlene McGowan confirmed that Fulton County broke the law in their recount.

“Fulton County used improper procedures during the recount of the presidential contest in 2020.”

Despite this, the board refused to approve further investigation.

🚨🚨BREAKING: Arizona's Democrat Attorney General, Kris Mayes, who received just 280 votes more than her Republican opponent, is pursuing radical and unprecedented criminal charges against seven attorneys for Donald Trump over efforts to contest the 2020 presidential election in Arizona. She’s charging Rudy Giuliani, John Eastman, Boris Ephsteyn and Mike Roman, as well as Arizona's 11 Republican electors. Those electors include my colleague and friend Tyler Bowyer, the National Committeeman for AZ and head of Turning Point Action.

What are the charges for? For trying to follow the law, and following a precedent created by Democrats. In 1960, in the race between Kennedy and Nixon, Hawaii was very closely contested. While Hawaii certified Nixon as the winner of the state’s electoral votes, Democrats claimed otherwise. They assembled their own slate of electors and submitted their votes to DC to be counted while the state worked out the contest in the courts.

Importantly, this worked. After initially cerifying Nixon's electors, Hawaii’s recount concluded that Kennedy had won the state by just 150 votes. The state’s governor retracted the Nixon certification, and submitted a new one in favor of Kennedy.

Kennedy votes were ONLY counted because the Kennedy electors acted BEFORE the courts had ruled.

Here’s a quote from Politico when they wrote about this dispute: “Judge Ronald Jamieson agreed that the certified Kennedy electors were legitimate. But, more significantly, Jamieson said it was important that those electors met and gathered on Dec. 19, 1960, as prescribed by the Electoral Count Act. Rather than suggest the Democratic electors committed fraud, the judge pointed to their meeting as a key step that preserved their ability to be counted after the recount showed Kennedy had actually won the state.”

The Arizona Trump electors were doing what they thought was a legally necessary step as part of a wider political and electoral dispute. They acted in the belief that Donald Trump was the true winner of Arizona in the 2020 election. They engaged in no fraud and no deception. In fact, they literally published a press release explaining what they were doing!

These indictments, and this entire investigation, are a sinister effort to criminalize pursuing all legal and constitutional avenues for contesting a disputed election. AG Mayes and her national Democrat handlers want to criminalize and punish political dissent.

Democrats have once again turned the justice system into their weapon for targeting political opponents. They are doing this because they have no accomplishments to run on in 2024 and are terrified of losing power, and see no option available except for jailing their opponents like some tinpot Third World dictatorship. I sincerely hope they pay for overplaying their hand in Arizona and beyond.

We stand by Tyler Bowyer, and everyone else. They did nothing wrong.

We will win.

There is yet another unknown individual affected by the Fanni Wilis lawfare in GA. Do you know about Pastor Steve Lee?

He served honorably as a local and federal law enforcement officer who left law enforcement in 1988 to join a Christian ministry & has been married to his wife for 46 years.

On August 14th, 2023, Pastor Lee was indicted on five counts in Fulton County. These charges were not expected by him, nor did he have any notice to appear or a summons for the indictment. He found out he was facing a minimum of 5 mandatory years in a Georgia State Prison when his name was dropped at a press conference to surrender by August 25th. 

The charges stem from him having conducted two phone calls and having knocked on two doors, exercising his First Amendment right of free speech.

Pastor Lee’s attorney has filed a motion to dismiss the case based in part on a lack of specificity of the charges and stating there was no violation of the law. He was offered a plea deal that he refused based on the belief he would be lying and supporting illegitimate lawfare. Pastor Lee would rather face jail than succumb to wrongful prosecution.

Pastor Lee was known as “America’s Chaplain” after formerly serving as a California peace officer that was a critical incident responder at 9/11, Hurricane Katrina, and mass shootings.

He is now running a small Lutheran church. He and his wife live off of modest retirement payments with a fixed income. As his case moves forward, and as it is intended, they face catastrophic financial hardship.

🚨 BREAKING: The DC Court of Appeals has granted @JeffClarkUS a victory over the DC Bar.

In a unanimous decision - the Court ruled against the DC Bar’s Office of Disciplinary Counsel for unconstitutionally subpoenaing Clark in violation of his Fifth Amendment rights.

We’re not surprised that Regime Press like @kyledcheney and others are choosing not to cover this news.

Jack Smith certainly can't be happy that the DC Bar is failing to land a punch against his target Jeff Clark.

You probably haven’t heard about Cathy Latham. She doesn’t have a big platform and doesn’t appear on your TV every night.
Cathy was indicted by Fulton County DA Fani Willis for her efforts to ensure a fair 2020 election.

She was an award-winning public high school economics teacher, before being indicted on 11 felony counts by the state of Georgia in August of 2023.

During the election cycle in 2020, Cathy was the Coffee County GOP Chair, and the voice of the 129 counties in Georgia with a population under 80,000. She was passionate about election integrity.

This indictment has prevented Cathy from passing background checks (she did not have so much as a speeding ticket on her record previously) and from obtaining employment.

Her situation is the epitome of the purpose of this lawfare. As a result of her exercising her constitutional rights, and attempting to protect the votes of all Georgians, she faces jail time & has had to spend thousands of dollars on her defense – putting her in a precarious financial situation.
Cathy’s family have also been impacted & they try to simplify their lives to accommodate an uncertain future.

He was indicted in Fulton County, Georgia, & his legal defense team ID’d potential misconduct by the prosecution for using taxpayer dollars for personal expenses, such as luxury cruises, etc. If true, that could amount to fraud and / or a conflict of interest under the state’s rules of professional conduct.

Mike has been fighting back against the weaponized judicial system that so many public servants have been forced to deal with since 2021. He was also subpoenaed by both the U.S. J6 Committee & DOJ.

Mike has a solid record of public service, promoting conservative principles. He served as the chief of staff to a Congressman and as a senior official in President Trump’s White House. He is a devout Roman Catholic & a father of eight.

Mike has been subject to pure lawfare . The process IS the punishment, as usual, and it's intended to financially devastate him & his family, and keep him off the playing field at a time when the conservative movement urgently needs its most capable fighters.
